I just replaced the catalytic converter and exhaust manifold with new sensors on a 2009 Mini Cooper Base model automatic I am still getting P0420 what else can cause p0420 on a mini cooper other then catalytic converter and exhaust manifold?

My wife has a 2005 Chevy Aveo and the car will run fine for about 20min then the speedometer will jump around and the Transminssions RPM Jumps around causing the car to shift.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

If the draft was reinstated would the US military violate the second amendment and take away the right to bare arms and exchange the right for an obligation to take up arms? May I remind people a right as stated in the second amendment is a right and not an obligation like Jury duty, paying taxes, or draft. I mean if the second amendment is really a right wouldn't the person drafted have the right to deny bearing any arms of any kind? I am not saying a person in question has a right to avoid the draft what I am saying is the military can't force someone to bare any weapons.

legally a constitutional right is basically interchangeable with an option without any limits, unlike civic duty witch is basically interchangeable with obligation.

My former employer just terminated me for being Buddhist and 3 of my coworkers 1 for being Jewish and 2 for being Muslim.

On our termination notice it says

If zero is the absence of something I don't know how it can be a number other then a concept. I know there are groups that call themselves right to life like the (National Right to Life Committee) however they seem to make life and obligation and not a right. How can it be a right if it is forced? So how can they be for the right to life when they force people to live no matter the circumstances?

Now seeing how one person can now refuse to testify in court against business sighting hobby lobby as a defense couldn't the business in question do the same? If not? why how is it legally different when Hobby Lobby is allowed to have an religious exemption when it comes to the law and not a FLDS carpentry business?

Please don't tell me to read the ruling because I did and my questions where not answered because in a nutshell it says it only allows businesses to deny women birth control if they are small and have religious reasoning however other religious exemptions will have to be worked out in the lower courts because this would be to many of them.
