I have lived on my triplex for almost a year. My rent is paid on time and I paid a $1,500 deposit. The rent is $950,00. My landlord came into the house to fix something, and went into my room. He sent me a letter saying the carpet has not been maintained to property standards. He wants me to clean it and give him another $1,500 deposit. Is that legal? I already paid a huge deposit. I have 2 cats and a dog, 3 boys between the ages of 15 and 22, I am a single working mother. He also said I can not leave the children ( they are not children ) or animals unattended to cause carpet damage. Can he actually get a 2nd deposit? I live in California. Thank you for your answers.

I have a friend, who lives in Paris. He wants to fly me to see him for 2 days. He will pay for the ticket. How does he get the ticket to me. I want to leave in 6 days. Can he have the ticket at the airline counter for me? Or should he buy it and fed ex it to me? What do you think is the best way to do this?

A friend of mine was in an auto accident the other day. His Ford 150 Truck a 2008 was totaled. The thing is his air bags did not deploy, and his seat belt did not tighten up. His face hit the steering wheel. What can he do about this? Is there any kind of a class action suit on this? He called Ford, they were no help. Any ideas? Thanks

Do car dealers give you cash if you trade in a more expensive car then the one you want on the lot? Maybe they give you blue book value? I own my 2008 Jeep Liberty. I need the cash for personal reasons. If you have any info on this please let me know. I would really like to get a less expensive car off the lot and get the difference back in cash. Selling it myself might take to long!

I had planned my month long European vacation 6 months before I met my boyfriend. So when I met him and 3 weeks later left on my holiday, I had every intention of staying true. Well, when I was in England for 2 weeks I met this fantastic guy. He had a Harley, and took me for 3 days all over England! Of course we were intimate. Then I spent my last 2 days in England with him. We said our goodbyes, and I was off to Paris. I met a guy their also, we made out alot but we did not have sex. Then I went to the South of France, in Cannes. We were there for a week. My friend and I partied alot, and I kissed a few men. Nothing major.

When I arrived at the airport, my boyfriend picked us up. We have picked up right where we left off. I feel like their can be a future with us. He has asked about my trip, I have not told him the whole truth. He knows I kissed some guys, but not about the whole truth about the guy in England. But you know what? I don't regret a single thing!! I feel I only new my boyfriend 3 weeks before I left, and we are still getting to know each other. Would you have told him the truth? Do you regret a holiday romance?

It is called Ain't Nothin But Blues Bar. It is in Soho on Kingly St. I just got back from London and that was the funnest, coolest place I have ever been to! So much fun. Also another bar in Soho called Crobar. If you ever go to London you must check them out! Has anyone ever heard of them?

I am from California, yesterday I returned from London. I loved it so much! I can't wait to get back. Everyone I met was so helpful, and nice. I just want to thank the people of London for making my trip fantastic. Does anyone else love London?

I am going to London on July 20th for the first time. Where I live in California it is over 100 degrees, very hot! What kind of weather can I expect in London? I need to know, so I can dress right for it.

I don't smoke and alot of the men I meet do. But I can't seem to get past that. If I see that they smoke, that's it, it's over before it begins. I just don't want to date a smoker. No matter how handsome or nice they are. Does anyone else feel that way?

I have been on a few dates with a really nice guy, unfortunately his style of dress is just awful. He spent the day with me yesterday and he showed up wearing velcro sandals, with a red, white and blue shirt that had these big Eagles all over it. I like the guy enough to maybe see him again, but the way he dresses turns me off. Is it possible to change his style? He is not really my type of guy, but he has possibilities. What do you think?

I went to the 2nd show in San Diego. It was fantastic! Jason was great! But David Cook brought the house down! I am so glad a rocker won this year. I would tell everyone to go and watch the show. Has anyone else been? Also Carly, Brooke, and micheal Johns were fantastic! But I am lov'n Jason and David Cook.
