What do the likes of John Fingleton actually do to receive a salary of £275 - 280,000 a year?
http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2010/jun/01/top...
Note: I have not used the term ‘EARN’.
The Chief Executive of the Office of ‘FAIR’ Trading - What does he do that is so difficult on a day to day basis???
Is the likes of he so so special in some way, or could most working class people do his job with a little bit of training???
3 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoIs Stargate Universe a Stargate to far?
I gave up on Stargate Universe in the second week as the characters are ALL idiots to the point that none of them should have ever been brought into the Stargate Programme in the first place (They are all too emotionally charged, irrational and most of all fecking annoying).
I hope the Destiny fly’s them all into a SUN for the sake of humanity!
4 AnswersOther - Television1 decade ago"One of us" - Beyonce's "One of us" rip-off?
Is it just me, or does anyone else deem Beyonce's "If I was a boy" just a poor rip of Joan Osbourne's "One of us"...
Another example was All Saints "Never Never" (A.K.A - Amazing Grace)...
Are these poor copies meant to fool us into believing that they are original work, or do the artists actually believe that they are being original???
2 AnswersRock and Pop1 decade agoShould a teacher be sacked for telling the TRUTH?
Santa Claus is one of the first major (Accepted) LIES we present to our children in the early years of their lives...
I wonder how many children have been long-term affected by jolly Old Santa over the years...
e.g's. Being good all year and then not getting what they want; or, seeing other more well-off children getting loads of toys while the not so well-off children get less (or nothing).
As the existence of Santa Claus is one of the biggest LIES we tell our children (in the name of Material Wealth) - It may explain why some upstanding members (e.g. Politicians, Lawyers, etc...) of our so-called civilised society find it so easy to LIE!

28 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoWhat would Jesus do if he saw a Priest (Of Any Religion) abusing/raping a Small Child?
Would he tell the Priest to stop and then forgive the Priest?
Or,
Would he rip the priest’s heart out thus sending the Priest directly to God for Judgement?
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoExcalibur - Are we (Human Beings) the Holy Grail???
Excalibur was originally derived from the Latin phrase Ex calce liberatus, "liberated from the stone".
Do you think the Stone represents the Christian Church (ROCK), and the Sword is the TRUTH removed from the ROCK...

13 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoFollowing the Durant Case in 2003 – Is the Data Protection Act 1998 now pointless???
Following the Durant case in 2003, the Information Commissioner’s current interpretation of the DPA1998 allows U.K. Data Controllers to process personal information about identifiable individuals (YOU), that they have obtained for their DPA registered processing purposes, OUTSIDE of the protection of the DPA1998, simply by placing such information within a filing system that the ICO does not deem, or no longer deems, to be a ‘Relevant Filing System’.
The information about identifiable individuals (YOU) that are contained within these ‘Not-Relevant Filing Systems’, as they are not subject to the Act, are not subject to the 8 Principles of Data Protection; and in such a ‘Not-Relevant Filing System’ the Data Subject (YOU) has no right of access to the information about them (YOU).
I have put the above to the ICO, but they have not responded!

As your Personal Information can now be processed by U.K. Data Controllers in Manual Filing Systems that are not, or no longer, subject to the protection of the DPA1998 - with the blessing of the Information Commissioner.
