I am 27 years old. 5'10" weighting at 175 pounds. My goal is to get to 160 pounds and lose the belly fat. I am already avoiding anything with sugar and only eat fried food once or twice a month.

hello, I got a VISA gift card for my Christmas present .. and on the card it says "Any Amount From $20-500". what does this mean? does it mean it's one time use on anything from $20-500?

So does a 3D-TV turn everything into 3D even non-3D shows or DVDs? or it only works for special channels that display in 3D and DVD/Blu-Rays that come with 3D?

Or is there a specific 3D-TV that transforms everything into 3D automatically?

I have a RES turtle about 3 inches long. I have him in a tank filled with water and some climbing rocks he can rest on. I wonder if I can put any other pets like fish or water hermit crabs in the same tank as him? ANY other pet would do .. I just want to add some variety =)

Okay, this maybe an odd question. I finished Stargate Universe season 1 not long ago and I loved it. I decided to watch Stargate SG-1 from the start (season 1 episode 1). And I feel like the show feels dated. I don't know how to explain exactly but it just feels different to the more modern TV shows such as Battlestar Galactica and V.

I am wondering if Stargate SG-1 will start to feel like a modern TV show. And if so, starting from which season? And does Stargate Atlantis feel like a modern TV show as well?

Yesterday I had a bag of potato chips with me so I gave my dog a few ... and today she's not eating her own food. Now she just wants to eat the potato chips ... What should I do? I have two sliders. I used to have a UVA light but realized I need a UVB so I got them a UVB light. Now the UVB does not provide the heating that my UVA light provided. So can I put two lamps - one UVB and one UVA (for heat)?
