It is new out of the box. When I powered up it goes to a black screen which reads operation system not found. I have been on the phone with HP for an hour and haven't been able to resolve the issue.

That was totally distracting. They had the regular overload of commercials, then they covered 1/4 of the screen advertising during the race. Big things were going on that we could see but the announcer couldn't even talk about them with the infomercials going on! How can we show our disapproval?
