I have a few Japanese games that comes with dlc I am currently unable to use. So I was wondering whether or not I need to buy a vita from Japan or just buy something from a regular old store and then choosing the region on it.

I've been working on a Role Play that takes place in the Persona universe, but I'm not very sure what I should use for the Velvet Room.

For those who haven't played, Persona is a game series where random people are given the ability to summon monsters, that represent parts of their psyche, from their mind to battle with other monsters.

In each game, there exists a realm called the Velvet Room. This place exists between mind and matter and isn't fully fixated on one place. Residents of the Velvet Room are tasked to help you throughout the game. The Velvet Room changes it's appearance in each iteration, in order to give a sort of motif for the adventures that the protagonists are about to embark on. The rooms are always shown in blue and black.

So I was about to "Restore Previous Session" when I accidentally hit restart the browser for Firefox. Now, I'm not able to "Restore Previous Session" and I don't remember the 200+ tabs (Don't ask) that I had made in my previous session. Can someone help me out on this?
