I'm in my senior year of high school, and ever since the Christmas break, I can not get to sleep at a reasonable time. It's really starting to effect my daily life. I walk around school like a zombie, and all I want to do is sleep after, but I can't because I have work. I just feel like I can't catch a break. Then on the weekends I kinda catch up, but not really. I've always had sleeping issues, but not nearly this bad. Any advice would help! thanks!

I'm going to college is August. I'm not worried about my parents or my brother or anything. I know this sounds weird, but I'm worried about my dog. He's 10, he'll be 11 in February. He is the best thing I've ever had, and I'm so afraid that he will pass away while I'm at college, and I won't be able to say goodbye. I'm afraid he'll become depressed when I leave. I went on a school trip for a weekend and he wouldn't come out of his crate (unless he had to) until I came home. I know I sound like a dog-obsessed crazy person, but I'm really worried! I mean, I'm obviously not gonna put my life on hold for that, but I just need some advice to ease my worries.

So my friend and I have been best friends (like, see each other everyday best friends) for about 6 years. Then about a year ago she got this deadbeat boyfriend. He took her virginity (she was 15 at the time) and then about 2 weeks later dumped her. About a month after that she was back to herself. Recently she has gotten into drugs and stuff, she hooks up with any guy she can get her hands on and all she talks about is sex, and it's REALLY getting annoying. the food i used to give my little hammy got discontinued :/ i gave him a new brand of food, and he won't eat it! the only think he'll eat is carrots and those little yogurt timothy hay bites (which aren't enough for him, of course). idk what to do! i know you're supposed to wean them off the food, but there's no more food to use! i've looked every where. help!
