I have just been given a Pekignese X Tenterfield Terrier, supposedly 1 year old. Is it normal for the eyes to look like the lower lining of eye is coming up over the eyeball. Hope I have explained this well enough.

Two years ago, i got a $1,000 loan from broker, as banks were not helping pensioners. Now my pension reduced by $300 fortnight. I am paying broker $120 fortnight. Banks willn now help pensioners and it would cost me $70 fortnight to pay off $5,000. My motor is blown, as is my washing machine. Bank ended up saying no due to outstanding bill, which i would pay out of personal loan. Does anyone have any ideas please. I am on disability pension.
