Hello, I am currently a junior in high school and have started dual enrolling this year. Math has not been my strong suit. I m usually a "B" student when it comes to mathematics but it s been a struggle to try to juggle 8 courses, work, etc, so I ended up with a C. It is killing me! How will this affect me going into college? Does dual enrollment work the same as AP where you don t get a grade, rather you simply satisfy a credit? What are my options in terms of retaking the course at a university? (I have a lot of questions, blame my HS guidance department) Essentially, how hard will I be judged for this C? My plan is to major in sociology but get all my pre-reqs for med school. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm 16 and I need advice from experienced people with black natural hair. I'm fairly new to natural hair, (it's only been a little over a year since going natural) and I'm loving the journey. However, I'm afraid my hair has been experiencing a lot of breakage and damage due to manipulation. Every night, I've been putting my hair into cornrows and taking it out in the mornings as a type of braid-out. When I braid it, my hair sheds a lot but I have been dismissing it as normal. I think my hair has been breaking as much as it has been growing which is halting growth. What should I do instead to combat shrinkage? I really do prefer wearing my hair bigger. Please answer! (I currently have a deep conditioner in my hair to give my hair a little TLC)

Help please! Please don't say do it on your own because I've tried, this is number 8/10 and this is the first problem I'm having trouble completing.

Whenever I shave, [armpits, bikini, lower stomach] I get bumps. I tried everything to prevent them, baby powder, shaving cream, shaving last, shaving in the directipn hair grows. I STILL GET BUMPS! Most of the bumps go away, but leave a dark mark, which I have to use lightening cream on. Some stay bumpy. I really need help on this. I'm 15 & im a virgin so dont bring any of that stuff. Maybe my skin is just sensitive?? I've been thinking of just ditching shaving and start waxing.

I can't think of any in particular, it's been a while! Preferably from one of the movies, not the TV episodes.

I've been doing ab/core workouts for about a week and I realized that you can see a little bit of the outline of abs forming when i suck in my stomach. I know, "when you suck in your stomach? then it's no big deal." To me it is, because you can also see it when I'm dancing. I've been doing the workouts ONLY to flatten/tone my stomach. I have no desire for a 6 pack, I don't think they're attractive on women! So my question is how to get a flat stomach & no abs?

I'll start this off by saying I don't smoke, but I do agree it should be legalized.

I just don't get why people say "Marijuana" is good for you, the ONLY time it's good for you is if you have some sort of disease. It might be "safe" (that's controversial too, I don't see how it being just a plant makes it good, because so is tobacco plant but that's bad for you without anything added to it) but that doesn't make it good... just safe. Know what I'm trying to say? Good would be vegetables because they give nutrients to your body, weed doesn't do anything. Unless you're a cancer patient, it's nor good or bad (controversial-again) for you.

My eyebrows are sparse, I don't want THICKER eyebrows, as in up and down. I want the hairs in between to be thicker, so less skin shows. I know you can use a pencil to fill it in, but is there like a permanent makeup solution? I also don't want to shave my eyebrows completely for this solution, just a pencil that's semi/permanent? Okay, so I'm kinda freaking out because we're going to this really fun waterpark for my sister's birthday.

The problem is, her birthday is on the 5th. We can't change the date.

In June, I got my period on the 6th.

In July, I got it on the 5th.

Does that mean i'm regular? Would I probably be on my period on the 5th? My cycle is 30 days (from June 6th to July 5th) meaning i'll probably get it again, if i'm regular (I first got my summer 2 years ago) on August 4th, and that's really depressing. The latest I can get my period is August 1st because mine lasts 4 days.

My brother really likes Bjork, and for Christmas instead of getting a Bjork CD that I'm not sure he already has, I want to get him a CD of another artist, similar to Bjork, maybe not as well-known preferably? I know Bjork's style is really unique, but there has to be ONE like her.

I dunno..should I just drop hip-hop? I personally think hip-hop is something you can learn from watching youtube, I think Lyrical is more graceful, that's why I like it so much.
