I ordered a monthly contract and free phone from the carphone warehouse website, i received a confirmation e-mail as a receipt with my transaction number, I didn't receive a calling card for a missed delivery or my parcel, so i rang the tracking team (never actually getting to speak to an actual human being!) and i couldn't track my parcel because it said my transaction number, It has now been almost 2 weeks and i still havent received anything!

I don't know what to do, any advice?

For a week me and some family are going on holiday around england in a minibus, the age range is from toddler to around 50 and there is 14 of us.

Obviously you dont know us so you dont know what we'd be interested in but we are very open to ideas

the main thing we're looking for is places that:

-are relatively cheap

-cater for all these ages

-dont need to spend the night to go to

-preferably south of england

-not central london places that you can get to by tube

we are very open to places like yorkshire and margate especially.

could you please suggest some ideas which cater for these different aspects, and you would personally recommend :)
