I do procurement for my entire company.

I manage inventory.

I'm the inside sales rep for all our existing customers.

I oversee service order quality.

I ensure invoices are ready for billing.

I do a lot of back-end work with accounting.

I live in a ranch in a very snowy area. I noticed I have multiple water drips along the sides of the ceiling where it meets the wall. There are no drips in the middle of the ceiling. Should this be something to be concerned about? I cleaned the gutters before winter came. I figured this was due to snow/ice build up

I bought a house with a small vineyard on the side. The grapes were plump and abundant last year. This year there is not a singe bud. Was I supposed to do something to help them grow? I trim some the leaves. We had a much wetter summer than last but I can't imagine that would cause not a single grape to grow.

I took my dad's weed trimmer which hasn't been used in 5+ years. Its in like new condition. I added the correct fuel. Primed it. I can get her to start fine in full choke and she'll run on full choke. But if I move to half choke or run the engine dies. I'm fairly certain i'm just starting the engine wrong. The start instructions are really confusing:

Prime gas

Hold throttle down

Attempt to start on full choke

Start on half choke

Move to run

What am I doing wrong? Or is she broken.

My GF was hired and trained to work for a home visitor position at a local Hospice.

The person who she replaced came back and they gave my GF a new position she doesn't want.

So she essentially wasted the last month getting trained for a different position and now she's working one she doesn't want. Is this illegal?

My employer has technicians who take shifts working after hours.

One employee refuses to do so. Is that OK?

So I have over 1900 songs on my phone. Magically I now only have 1700 on my iTunes. I know syncing it will probably lose all those songs. Is there a way I can take the music on my phone and put it somewhere?

I just had new rotors, calipers and pads put on both front brakes of my car. I drive away from the mechanic and hear nothing but this high pitched but somewhat quiet screeching noise. I heard it all the way home. I don't feel any resistance and the brakes work great. Should I bring her back? Or am I overreacting after driving 5 miles?

In states like Michigan and California you can get a prescription for marijuana from a Dr. What I can't seem to understand is where the drug comes from. I have a hard time believing people who have these awful diseases are growing it themselves in their backyard. Are there dispensaries? How do they become authorized? Are there limits as to what they can grow?

My buddies and I were thinking about heading there Aug 9 Saturday to watch the race Sunday. The website makes it beyond confusing as to what's the best value. Any suggestions for parking a car, pitching a tent and tailgating?
