When my boyfriend and I go out, it seems like he isn't interested in spending money. I don't want him to pay for me, I pay for myself anyways - but our first date I technically paid for the movie as I had a gift card given to me as a gift, and he thought his debit card wasn't working (we found an ATM and it worked so it wasn't like he was trying to avoid paying purposely) - but even then he didn't offer to pay for himself. This has also occured another time and asked if I had free tickets or if he'd have to pay for himself.

Also, I'd ask if he wanted to go eat somewhere (sushi train for example) and he'd just kinda shake it off and say 'maybe'... is this strange? He has a good job and makes double what I make an hour, should I bring it up?

I gave him a note today letting him know that I wanted to talk to him and that he should let me know what he thinks on facebook or on a text (I gave him my number on the note). I am almost positive that he likes me too... but of course I may be wrong. As I was about to leave I saw him and his friend looking at me so I knew that he recieved the note... they were talking about me or the note and he seemed like he wanted to approach me but he didn't. It's been several hours and he hasn't responded. I told his friend that if he isn't interested that he shouldn't worry about letting me know because I'll understand (stupid I know). I thought that if he actually was interested he'd try and respond as soon as possible. I have a class with him tomorrow too so I don't know if I should approach him about it or not.

His friends say he likes me and all this stuff like he wants to talk to me... but when I asked him he said that they're making it up and I should just ignore it. But whenever we talk he smiles a lot and slightly blushes... his pupils also dilate. I catch him looking at me and we both always hold a glance a few seconds longer than usual... my friends also tell me that they saw him looking at me. He gives me a lot of mixed signs and honestly it's driving me insane. He's also very shy too and he never initiates conversation.

Any tips on how to tell that he likes me or if you think he does will be awesome thank youuu :)

I'm going to write a note either on valentines day or on Monday and place it in his locker. It is gonna be anonymous but it will be a little obvious that it is from me. I don't want anything creepy or too romantic (stuff like you're my true love) so nothing with love or anything like that.

I'm going to tape some pens onto his locker and include in the message that I know he always loses pens so I hope that he makes good use out of them. After or before that I don't know what to say. I reckon he's cute and sweet and we've also liked each other before but things happened and complicated everything but that was in 2010-start of 2011. I think he still likes me though.

I know this is such a generic question. He always has friends around him and I don't even know where to start! I may be moving into one of his classes soon (not for him but for a subject change at school). We have both liked each other before but things have happened and we don't talk anymore.

On his wall on facebook there are wall posts about asking me out and how I am... and this is a year after everything has happened. I thought that I could bring that up but I feel like I might be just setting myself up for rejection. I have liked him since the last two years and I can't get over him. I just need to set things right with him.

How do I start the conversation when I do perhaps catch him on his own? I'm generally not an awkward person so I can easily take the conversation once I start talking. I just don't know how to START talking to him.

When I was younger I almost drowned under supervision of a teacher at a public pool. I was never able to even swim... the last time I even attempted swimming was maybe 3 years ago. At school we are doing a life saving course in PE once a week... It goes for around 5 weeks. I got out of it this week by saying I didn't know. I have 4 weeks left to avoid swimming.

I am planning to use the period excuse next Friday so I can also use it the week after (I have it on a Tuesday every second week) so that will be 2 weeks down. I have 2 lessons I need an excuse for.

It is also a male teacher so I guess anything feminine will be awesome.

I know it's around 2 weeks away and it's stupid to think about. But there's this guy I have had a history with... around a year ago some complications occured and basically we stopped talking. It's obvious to each other we are still interested though despite the time passed.

I was thinking of slipping a note (not a card because I think that may be a little too much) along with taping some pens to his locker (kinda a trait he has.. he always loses stuff especially pens). The note would read: "Hey <his name>, I was thinking of you for Valentines Day... I know you lose pens a lot. I hope these come in handy! :) I hope to talk to you soon.".

I'm not sure how to end it though. I don't want it to be obvious that it's me though. Anyway, would he be a little creeped out? Or do you think this could be cute? Any ways I can make it NOT creepy? Haha. Thank you so much for the help.

I am 16 and I'm in my 2nd last year of high school. This is what I wear daily apart from moisturizer and sunscreen..

- Face Primer (silicone based if that helps)

- Liquid Foundation (Revlon New Complexion)

- Under eye concealer/brightener (Rimmel)

- One or two touches of cream concealer

- Pressed powder to set

- Blush (cream or power VERY lightly)

- Eyeliner smudged lightly on the bottom lashes and a thin line of liquid liner on the top

- Mascara

- Chapstick/Lipgloss

I am starting to become worried whether this is just too much. Most people say, that apart from my mascara/eyeliner when close up, that it looks natural and they couldn't tell I was wearing makeup. I go to a school where we shouldn't wear makeup and I have only ever gotten in trouble for it once when I was actually wearing less make up!

Any opinions welcome but please don't be rude... I'm a typical insecure teenage girl so all this does make me feel better about myself.

Basically we used to have a thing but things happened to prevent us from having a relationship (that's a huge story). It's been 6 months since we've spoken and I think he might still like me. He still looks at me every time he sees me. We had great spark and I'd really like to get it back again but unfortunately I've broken his heart twice. If anything I don't deserve another chance but I'd like to start talking to him again so it isn't awkward when we walk past each other.

Please help! I'm thinking the first step is something with body language. Not sure what to do after that. Thanks heaps.

Basically my boyfriend is insanely clingy. We've been together for almost 7 months now (yes I know not that long) but I'm starting to get concerned for him.

He has all 5 signs that he's clingy.. giving no space, worried I'll leave or cheat on him, he never has plans of his own, he cuts off his friends and he always needs me there.

I always thought he just always needed a lot of love and affection but he brought up that his family is going to America during Christmas for 2 months. He doesn't want to go SOLELY because he won't see me for 2 months.

It is a trip of a lifetime.. I'd love to go to America for Christmas and I told him how much I wanted to go and he got upset by it and made an excuse to get off the phone.

So what I'm asking is, what can I do? How can I make him less clingy and more independent?

Guy 1: quite close, alot in common, not very responsive with flirting, doesn't really go quite well in school, makes me laugh alot, easier to communicate with

Guy 2: not close, responsive with flirting/affection, smart, thinks he's the smarter one out of everyone, friends like this guy more

Yes I feel like the typical teenage girl but I need others opinions.

He looks at me alot. I catch him quite a few times and we do lock eye contact each time we both are looking at each other. We smile to each other aswell. Whenever I wait for the bus he is about 50m away and I always catch him looking my way. When I walk past him he always looks at me as if I were to say bye or smile.

We also only properly starting to talk to each other 2 weeks ago. Before then we would sometimes smile to each other or just catch each other looking at one another.

He rarely smiles but whenever we talk he is always smiling. It's not a forced smile but I can tell it's a genuine smile.

One time when I had a presentation to the class, it went over into after school time and he was one of the 3 other people who stayed to listen and this was way before we started talking. (Maybe 4-5 months?)

A week or two ago I asked one of his friends (not a close friend, more than an acquaintance but less than a friend that talk to each other often.) if he liked anybody and he said no to both people I asked yet when he asked who liked him and his friends said only if he told them who he liked, he walked away without saying anything. He does seem like the type who wouldn't say anything but these were friends..

We started speaking on msn and he wanted to go on webcam. We spoke for maybe an hour and a half.. he asked who I liked but I refused to tell him and he even asked how he looked.. lol.

But then when my friend came over he left suddenly.. and I have a feeling he blocked me for some reason.

Another thing.. I don't know why he'd like me. He's the opposite of me.. he's the sport champion of my year, he's quite well-known while I'm smart with a fairly small group of friends.

I thought I might add that he does speak to a few girls.. mainly my friends, who are quite like me. He doesn't speak to them as much as me (lately) but according to them he stares at everybody. (not in a creepy way haha), but he never really smiles towards them or anything.

I'm not sure where to start but I have a boyfriend. It's been 1 year and a half we've been together and I am not interested in this guy I'm about to talk about. I just need to know because I'm getting way paranoid about it and I wanna give the sign that I don't like him.. but it would be weird if he didn't and I gave him signs..

First off, I had a history presentation and speech and it went over into after school time. Everybody was dismissed to go home except me because I had to finish my speech. The guy, my friend and two other people I never talk to stayed after to listen to my speech. So this guy, he usually leaves school super early (I wait where he waits to get picked up) as his parents are always there waiting.

He also looks at me alot. Somedays he doesn't even notice me but the next I can feel him looking at me. Whenever I talk to him, which isn't often at all, and he turns to look at me he suddenly has a different look on his face. (coz he always seems to be like one mooded alot.) He's asked me questions that he would already know (after school he'd ask me something the teacher told us or like a test date that the teacher just announced the period before sometimes)

But there are days, like 1 or 2 days between, he completely ignores my presense but then he suddenly seems like he's looking at me alot etc.

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a semi-flawless look for school using either tinted moisturiser or mineral foundation. They're both good for skin but I am stuck between the two of them.

Tinted moisturiser will give me a dewy glow as well as moisturising my skin throughout the day whereas mineral foundation will help some of my blemishes and finish as a matte finish.

The biggest factor I'm looking for is long wearing. So I am kind of leaning to mineral foundation.

Please give me any recommendations! Either TMs or Mineral foundation! As long as they're long wearing. I'm not too fussed on color range as I fit all mediums perfectly.

I just bought something off eBay and I just realised the product isn't authentic. It is advertised on the page as the brand but it doesn't say anything about being authentic. I refuse to pay for something with false-advertising. Would it be acceptable to contact the seller telling them I've realised it's not a genuine product and I'm refusing to pay due to false-advertising?

Usually I'm great with mixing and matching trends in styles into my wardrobe.. but this one has got me stumped.

I want to know what would you wear with black lace pantyhose/tights when you're just going shopping or to the movies? I'm not the completely daring girl who will wear them under shorts.. so don't recommend me that idea.

A dress maybe? What type? A plain one colour..? long sleeved..? Skirt? Shoes? Colours?

Nothing too dressy.. I am in my teens. Nothing that will get me stares from everybody.. but, who minds just a few. :P

Please recommend some products (preferably MAC, Bobbi Brown & Benefit because I live in Australia) that will help me brighten my complexion. My skin looks very dull.. I cleanse, tone, moisturise. I use concealer, mascara.. blush?

What do you recommend to apply this? Particularly under the eye. I went to the MAC counter and they suggested this for my under eyes but it doesn't seem to cover up enough for me.

I usually blend it with my finger.
