it was a minor accident,no dents just his back bumper needs to be snapped back into place.i didnt have insurance card so when i went to court i brought a letter from ins.co.saying i had insurance.well they said my letter wasnt sufficiate so i got to back to court and have proof.what i dont understand is why are they wanting the officer and the man i rear ended to come to court that day also.do i need a lawyer?are should i go with my proof and do it alone?it scares me that they want to supenoea them can anyone answer that question for me,ty.

was that good or bad to let him go through surgery with a leaky heart?he is 50 yrs old and 3 yrs ago he had a quadruable by pass now they sy he has a leaky heart.this wsorrys me will he be ok? im just wondering if i should take him to the mayo clinic to be checked out.they tell me we got the best heart dr.'s here in louisville,ky, but sometimes i wonder

the freezer isnt freezing.when i was cleaning the back of the refrigerator i noticed a part that look like a pump or tank was as hot as an iron.its a hot point refrigerator model# ctx21babrrww serial# lv515093 i dont know if that helps.ok now it seems like the refrigerator isnt getting as cold now.it was working just find for weeks only the feezer wouldnt freeze anything now the frig part doesnt seem very cold .when i say i was cleaning the back of it i meant i took a vacum and was sucking dust from it.but thats when i notice that pump or tank looking part was so hot when i touched it.you know how when you touch a hot iron thats how it was.the refrigerator isnt very old but warrenty has expired. thank you for your help.i hope all this made since to ya.

so then he deleated a few programs and drivers and it still doesnt recognize any disc when inserted.Now my computor says that it cant find soilitare.So now i cant play that on there.MY husband wants to use system repair on it and i say reboot it.but really i dont know what im saying so if anybody could walk me through this it would be kindly appreciated

i'm trying to put Kaspersky security onto my pc, but when i incert the disc my pc,it does'nt recongize it .I have unistall some programs a couple of drivers,nothing is working.So could someone help guide me through this? Thank you!

collected on our personal belongings.Come to find out he never had us down as renting the home.He had told the insurance company no one was living there.But he had his personal belongings there like in storage or something from when he previous lived there.I was told that he collected 52,000 from our personal belongings .After the house got back into living coditions he sold it.The fire was due to old wiring in the attic.The landlord was married to my husbands kids grandmother.So this is how we knew what he collected on personal belongings.My step son had seen the form that came from his insurance company.The fire was in october 2006 but I cant stand the thought of how he got away with this.Even if I dont get anything I dont think its right for him to be able to collected money off of my stuff.Is there anything that I can do to make him pay for evil ways.I know its been a long time now but im just finding out that he never had anything stating that the home was lived in.We always paid him cash for rent.The gas and eletric was in my name during my years of living there.We lived there for 3 years.Thank you.

my bathtub was clogged so i called landlord and he sent out his plumber.the plumber snaked the bathtub and know i have water coming up on my hallway floor.His maintance man came by and said we are going to have to move.Omg this is'nt my fault and i don't want to move.This house is a slab house and they got to tear out concreate floor for repair.my landlord has over 200 homes. Do you think he will find us another home?

my nephew died from shooting two roxys and they found xanax in his system.This dude that was with him knew something was wrong with him because my nephew told him "if something happens to me help your sister take care of my babies."so he knew he was'nt doing good.since it was dudes medicine because the dr. has him precribed those two medications,i think he was scared to call 911 thinking he could get into trouble if they knew my nephew had that medications in his system.my nephew never did like either one of those especially xanax he would never take those so i'm confused on how he got that in him.but this guy is walking and now after a year of his death i came to know about that ; that dude was precribed roxys and xanaxs and he was to scared to call for help.what do you think?should someone be in trouble?
