I was in a car accident about three weeks ago, got tboned by a ford and I was in a little Mercedes and got knocked unconscious for the first time.. Car was totaled... I have state farm and have motor vehicle coverage, they said I have up to 25000 in medical coverage... Will this be covered by them if I can get my doctor to say its medically necessary? I have saline implants.. Suffer from back and neck pain which the accident did not help and having one full dd breast will cause bad back problems... I just want to be how I was before :(

I worked in an office in LA as a receptionist, the desks were very high which caused my neck and shoulders to get very tense and cause a lot of pain, I had to get numerous amounts of injections in my back and have been on pain killers for almost over a year only at night.. I have cried at night because the pain has been that bad... I got a note from my doctors office saying that my company had to get the desks adjusted "ergonomically correct" I gave it to my manager last october.. and nothing.. Everyone knew about my pain since I was always in pain but was a hard worker.. I kept reminding my manager and I heard the owner say that he didnt want to spend the money.. I barley sleep now, depressed, dont leave the house because the pain will always get to me and I am only 22.. I finally had to go out and buy my own keyboard holder... they never put it in so i brought a drill from home and got someone to help me put it in... then a week later moved me to a different office and never switched my keyboard holder.. I reminded them again... they just ignored my pain... I know have beyond chronic pain and they fired me in july because i was showing up late one week since i was sick in the beging of the week but was called in to help the office out because it was a disaster so I went into work sick.. then the rest of the days was a little late because I was so exhausted from being sick and not being able to get better.. they didnt care...

Can I sue my ex employer?

the guy i am talking to lives in a different city we are doing the long distance thing and i am going home tomorrow and saturday i waanted to plan a day to do soemthing fun and not just be lazy....here is what i was thinking guys advice!!

go to a park get his favorite food kinda of like a picnic then whip out a football baseball etc.. and just toss it around a bit, tag football etc... what do you guys think what else would be good

okay so this morning i pulled out of my street onto another side street, we have a stop sign at the corner of my street i stopped turned left hit two other stop signs stoped then turned right onto a main street then bam the cop was pulling me over... he said i failed to stop one of the stop signs on my street and the one turning right onto a main street... i KNOW i stopped because i always stop and i always count to three.. also i live right next to a school and there are always cars due to dropping childern off so of course i am going to stop.. then he said i didnt stop to turn onto the main street where there is a high school and college down the street so there is always traffic!! im not just going to hop onto a main street of course i am going to stop.. and how would he said he looks at the wheels to tell if you are still moving.. if he was behind me how would he see if my wheels were moving before i turned onto the main street i have a XL denali so the trunk covers the wheels from the back!

should i fight it? i know i stopped.. he said my wheels were still moving deff. not..

and this morning i did kick boxing walking for 15mins and a little bit of weights

trying to get a very tones and lean body (victoria secret model like haha)
