I got an old work computer (Dell) it has 3 users assigned to it. How do I get rid of them and start from scrathc. Also I can't access certain websites or download certain things due to their blocks. It says you must have administrative log in rights to access or download. How do I get rid of that too. I want to get this computer to all defualt settings. Is that possible?
