21 AnswersBaby Names1 decade agoWhy do parents tend to prefer blue eyes and blond hair?
I have noticed that many new moms/parents make comments like "will my baby's eyes stay blue" and "I was so mad when they turned brown", etc... Why does it matter people? I find it strange that in this day and age that this preference for a certain hair and eye color exist. Do you think we are just victims of brainwashing from tv and magazines or is it something deeper?
Just curious...my baby has light brown hair and blue-green eyes. Regardless, I would be happy whatever color they were, just as long as he's healthy! =)
49 AnswersNewborn & Baby1 decade agoPlease help...I am being induced tonight and do not have a name?
I am running out of time to pick a name for my baby boy. I really love the name Cameron, but my husband thinks he will be teased in school. Our second choice is Dylan, but I still love Cameron. Do you think he would be teased with Cameron? Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks so much!
26 AnswersBaby Names1 decade agoMy dog is acting so strange now! Ever since I became pregnate, he has gone crazy! What is his problem?
I am nearly 8 months pregnate, and my dog (an 8 year old male who is a border collie / husky mix), who used to be very energetic and attached to my hip, is now timid and strange. He acts as though being near me is torture and he looks up at me like I beat him or something, when I have never ever done so. I go out of my way to show him attention and love, and it is not working. I took him to the vet a few months ago, b/c I thought he injured his hips (since he started walking so slow now), but the vet thought it could be arthritis. I am not sure what to do....has anyone else gone throught this?
