I'm pretty sure I have the term right, meaning the government. Also how old is the term anyway?

I was in a Best Buy last night and all I could see was a mountain of 250's and I can't find them on their respective websites.

So again, did they stop selling the 120's?

I've read that you need the filters on all the phone jacks your using in the house, but I only use one jack for the phone and it has the filter on it. Do I still need them on the ones I don't use? Also quite recently I upgraded my connection since I never had this problem before the upgrade could the problem be solely my modem? I'm just not sure what it could be so a little insight would do wonders for me.

I had asked a question previously about if using my HDTV for a monitor would be okay, turns out as long as its fast it won't make my eyes bleed(or that's what I think they're saying). My next question is how much heat do they put out? I've got a entertainment center and the only place I have enough room is right behind my TV. I've i've got at least a foot of space to the edge and about a two and 1/2 feet from side to side. Would it be safe for me to put it back there?

Since the one I'm currently looking at comes without a monitor is there any reason I shouldn't use my tv as a makeshift monitor?

I still own one of the old clunky monitors, and the screen is very dark. I undid what I think was the vga cable that ran to the comp, it was a 15-pin cable, and I found that one of the pins were missing. Specifically pin 9. Now is there supposed to be a pin missing or is that the reason that my screen has gotten shades darker even though contrast and brightness are all the way up?
