Myself and a friend, signed a contract for night club rental in Hollywood, California (lets call it club 1), we paid the initial deposit of $3,600 (and got a receipt). A week before our event we paid another $8,400 (and only got a receipt for $7,200). The day before the event the manager of the club made of us change clubs using a bunch of fake reasons. He gave us option of another club or a restaurant. We chose the other night club which was larger but no where near as elegant and not what we paid for. I want to know if we can sue (for breaching a contract), and if so it can be in small claims court (we are willing to sue for less than 10K). If we were to sue how would it turn out?

This man on Facebook has the name last name as my mother, and claims he is the Chief Executive of her company and is confusing her clients. My mom and I have reported him a few times unsuccessfully. We have also tried messaging him, but he doesn t respond. Is there anyway for us to take off Chief Executive from his timeline?

Can you superstore an ACT with writing with a regular act (not writing). My mom wants to know want are the consequences if she does't file me as dependent.

I want to know how this will effect my college finical aid, which I am applying for very soon (Im a senior in high school)

Her tax guy advised her to file me as independent for tax reasons, but he's not sure about college.

I work on the weekends and make about $2,500 a year, so my mom who makes about 25k a year would be paying for my college. We also live in California.

Hey, so here is the deal.

I have a "Cousin" (really she is a close family friend of my uncles) that lives in England.

She's has very good looks but she's not very academic.

She's 18 and wants to move to America, specifically Southern California.

My uncle can't have her living with him and his wife forever.

The only way that my aunt would consider letting stay is knowing that for 100% that she has a plan to succeed on her own.

She's not too into education so studying for a very high paying profession is not an option.

What are some job's that can she can get, that within 6 monthes she can start being more self

I have an iPhone 4 on at&t, it's software was 5.0.1 and it was jail broken by redsn0w 0.9.10b6.

It was a tethered jailbreak.

Today I decided I should update the software and jailbreak it again.

So I plugged my iPhone into my macbook and hit restore (which also updates to the newest software).

After few minutes my room mate came in and closed the laptop, which stopped the promise.

Without hesitation I opened my laptop and error came up saying restore was not complete, because it was interrupted. I clicked restore again and when it was done I looked back and my phones screen was black.

When you plug the phone back in the computer it will vibrate. If you hold the home button for a few seconds voice control will come and it works as normal, (Ex it will play a song). If a song is playing, you can use the volume keys to change the volume.

I have tried restoring again (now the phone ios is 5.1.1).

I cant get it into dfu mode.

The screen is still completely black.

I have tried the home button and power button reset, but it does not work.

Tiny Umbrella says "Unable to identify libraries".

How do I fix this.

If you figure out a way for my screen to come back, I will send $10 to you via paypal.

I promise and swear my own life.

Please Please help me .

I didn't know exactly were to post this, but this seemed like the most logical place.

So the deal is that im 5'11 and the girl that i started going out with is 4'11.

You don't have to be a mathematician to notice that there is a 1 foot heigh difference.
