When wearing a suit, are all buttons supposed to be buttoned?
For instance, if you're wearing a 3-buttoned suit, are all three buttons buttoned, or only the lower two, or the top two? What is the "fashion standard" for this? What about a two-buttoned suit? Top button, or lower button?

1 AnswerCelebrities2 decades agoShould taxpayers subsidize professional sports teams by building them new stadiums?
This issue seems to be a huge debate among a number of people, especially since the teams of the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL are considered "franchises."
If the taxpayers are building a stadium for a "private company", why don't we build private buildings for all businesses?
I've heard a lot of debate, especially with talk of The Florida Marlins (MLB), The San Diego Chargers (NFL) and NY Jets (NFL) wanting new stadiums. Just curious to hear your thoughts on whether these should be privately funded (by the teams and partners); publicly funded (taxpayers); or jointly funded (combination of the two).
