Can I watch this and enjoy it without having watched the first two seasons of Torchwood? Or will it be difficult and confusing to jump in mid-series? It looks really good.

I'm going on vacation to an indoor waterpark soon and it will be during the midst of winter. We do not plan on leaving the lodge and it claims to be heated warmly throughout. What do I pack - other than bathingsuits - to wear around? Is summerwear acceptable? You are expected to dress normally before entering the restaurants etc...
