My house gets pavement ants every single spring & summer and with that it never fails they carouse around the whole house...I have had such a hard time getting rid of them and I am frankly tired of getting bit. I was just wondering if baking soda really make them explode? Thanks for any other advice you can give me regarding this problem and how you've found cures your infestations. Also, I have tried Ortho Home Defense it works well, but with money being tight at the moment I cannot afford to purchase it at the time being...

and I was wondering what is the best shampoo &conditioner to use on color treated hair? I realize most all shampoo's say it's "safe" for color treated hair, but I want to know what's BEST for washing color treated hair so that I can maintain my color for longer? Thank you for your time :)

We're having the traditional things such as turkey, my mom's dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet tater casserole, pecan and pumpkin pies.. what I need help on are the veggie sides. I am taking my cocker spaniel tomorrow for his grooming so I can eradicate his problem tom morrow. But, I wonder how I will be able to treat the first dog now since has been the primary carrier of the fleas. I understand you use flea prevention and all that. But now since that is over with and they still got fleas what can be done to get rid of the ones now. I know they are probably all in the house now. We want to use a fogger but are not sure if can keep the other dog in the house when we leave tom morrow to take the other dog to his appointment. I am pretty sure it isn't safe to leave the other dog in the house with the fogger. But, I need some sort of solution! Please help! My babies are soooo itchy!!

I would like to buy a home relaxer that comes in the box. You know you see them at Wal*Mart. What I want to know is if it is safe? And if it lasts a long time. I am so tired of my hair being curly & I want a change...Do you all have any advice for me? I would rather do it myself than go to the salon. I am used to dying it fairly blonde or having my natural hair color which is a "dirty" blonde of sorts, what I want to know is now that I have gotten used to this "darker" hair color I have realized I don't like it very much how long should I wait to dye it back to a semi normal state again? I dyed it on Saturday night myself *normally I dye it myself all the time or I go to the salon for a more in depth color when I want to do more than 1 shade* Should I go to the salon and have it stripped or just wait it out? The box said it was permanent and I really don't think I can stand having it this dark for how ever long it takes for it to grow out. Any advice?

ANTS all over my house. My landlord said we could call an exterminator if we wanted and pay for it as well. We can't afford that at this time. What I want to know is there an effective and easy way as well as cheap to get these little buggers out of my house. It's horrible they get all over my kitchen, livingroom, bath and bedrooms. Every single room in the house! That god awful spray they sell for ants is horrific and I don't like spraying it in my home around my pets or myself and my boyfriend, I get horrified each year spring comes around. I hate them they make me itch and I get all jittery. Last year I was so upset we had to throw away a whole brand new bag of dog food because they invaded it and were all over their bucket. I know the dogs wouldn't mind eatting some ants but ewwww! It's gross! Any ideas on what we can do to combat these little headaches?

it always seems to be I make the same casserole's and side dishes every year, and I was wondering if any of you guys had any good ideas on what goes well with ham and would be great side dishes for it for my Easter dinner. does Bio-Oil work for these types of scars? It's on my face, well my left check almost beside my nose as well as right above my lip.. have any of you tried this for scars? but moved several times since then to different states and now were in Kentucky, but anyways recently he got a letter from the state of VA stating he owed them 1000.00 for back taxes and some other bull from the years 1992, 94 and 95.. He didn't even LIVE there in those dates and couldn't have possibly owed them tax money. How can they now say they are putting a lien on his work pay? I searched here online and found it was a scam.. yet he still talks to these idiots when they call. I told him to request a full statement of what is owed and they have not replied, so now what can we do? They are threatening to take his whole check when he gets paid next week, and we CAN'T let that happen? What can we do now? Is this illegal? It has to be.. any advice! Please...

Every since the new body style of the Eclipse has came out I have been in love with the car.. several folks around here in my city have them and I just think they are the most beautiful car.. the new Spyder though in the front doesn't look that appealing don't get me wrong I'd take it if someone gave it to me..but what I wanna know is do any of you own this car? I ALMOST purchased an '08 Eclipse the orange color *love it* but I was moving at the time and it was either the car and stay in a crappy little town or a place to live with a full year rent paid * of course I chose the home* but I heard they were really horrible to drive in the winter is that true?

So why now are they telling me that the books are my responsibility and that financial aid DOES not cover those costs? I am very upset because I was sure I had everything taken care of.. other friends of mine going to different online universities had NO out of pocket expenses and told me the ones who make you pay for stuff like this are just in it for the money! I am upset.. I thought financial aid was for this specific purpose..WHY would I have to come out of pocket for this?

ever since I heard of that story about those football players being sunk its really bothered me.. I just feel so bad for their families and everyone involved.. that poor guy they found will forever be changed because of what happened..thank God he held on.. what will happen to the other guys left to sea? did they drown? sink to the bottom of the ocean.. and can they really be found if they did sink?
