It's too bad there is no rating for no stars! These people believe those who come to them already know and understand the law. If you lose your case due to lack of understanding, it is your own fault and you better pay them anyway. They gave my case no personal attention whatsoever, and if I didn't hold their hands and tell them what to do they just wouldn t do it. Problem is that most of the time, I didn't know what should be done. Isn't that why we hire lawyers, so that we can have guidance as to our rights?

I am trying to view my temporary internet files from IE. I use Vista. Every time I try to open the appdata folder (where the file path is located) Explorer encounters an error and closes.

I am using Windows Vista and MS Office 2007. AT first, everything worked fine, but now for some reason, Word refuses to even open any of my files. I can't view them or edit them. I can create a blank document, but once I have saved it, I can't open it again, nor can I use a pointer device to manupulate the cursor within a document, only the keyboard. Does anyone know what is wrong, and if, so how I could fix this, or AT LEAST how I can see/edit my documents... perhaps another software?

I created a mail folder in Yahoo Mail and now don't want the folder anymore. How can I erase it?

Yes, I have a Blu-ray player (Sony BDP-S300) I bought a copy of Wall-E on blu-ray disc and once the previews were done and it was time to hit the play button, nothing would happen. I let the disc sit there for an hour hoping it would load the movie and it never did. I returned it to the store for a replacement... again, same problem. I don't have this problem with any of my other Blu-ray movies. Wall-E just wont play. Why is this??

I was told there were, especially the hairless kind. However, I have been reading a bit and other sources say that no animal is truly hypoallergenic because it is the oil glands in the animals skin that cause the reaction in humans and that all pets have oil glands regardless of their breed. Personally, I feel it should be criminalized to some degree. Marital infidelity, especially in cases of sexual addiction, is no worse than drug abuse. It is a totally selfish act which is destructive to partners and to children and entire families both immediate and extended. It can even go so far as to cause loss of life through contraction of diseases or crimes of passion when the infidelity goes too far. I also firmly believe that criminalizing the act will go a long ways to cementing a marital bond. A spouse will be far less likely to commit adultery if they know they could lose custody of their kids, do possible jail time or financial penalties for cheating. A person who is the type with a tendancy to sleep around would also think hard before marrying, just as everyone should anyway. I think society could only benefit from criminal treatment of the unfaithful spouse. What is your opinion?

So my ex demanded I give him a copy of all of my EBAY account activity for the past year and a half. Ebay only keeps records that go back 30 days. So now he is demanding that instead I send him a copy of all of my "feedback" as part of the financial disclosure. I don't understand what my Ebay feedback has to do with financial disclosure. Does he have the right to ask for and do I have to provide something like this??

My husabnd and I own a house together. I have a court order granting me sole use and possession. There is a court order to sell our home. The house is no longer on the market because he refuses to sign with a new agent due to the fact that no agent will list our home at the price which we were court ordered to list it at. I cannot afford the mortgage payments and must sell the house. I tried to reach my attorney but he is on vacation for a week. I need to get the home back on the market so that I am not in contempt and so that I can sell the home.

Just curious if and how a person could do that.

My husband was in rehab for sex addiction, He was sleeping with strangers 3-times a day and having unprotected sex for our 9 years of marriage. Shortly after I filed for divorce, my 2 year old contracted an STD called venerial warts. There was an investigation and she was not found to have been molested by anyone, however, the doctors told me that she could have contracted this indirectly, i.e., if someone had touched an infected person's genitals then came home and without washing their hands applied ointment to our daughter during a diaper change. I was tested for hpv and found negative and no one but my husband and I were around when she was diagnosed.. I believe my husband gave her an STD through this secondary transmission. The problem is that this cannot be proven due to the fact that there is no approved test for hpv in men. The investigation was closed and he was granted liberal visitation. I want to keep my children safe. Do I have ANY legal recourse?

My ex has every other weekend visitation, Friday afternoon thru Sunday night and every other Wednesday and is about to get a week during summer and shared holidays. On top of that he wants to change weekends to Thursday thru Sunday, adding another day. Is that above average, average, or less than average?

I normally don't use eyeliner, but since I got it done at a makeover it looked really good. I bought some pencils and a sharpener which has 2 sizes in one. One size small for eyeliners and th other size bigger for eyeshadow. Well, the soft part of the pencil ALWAYS breaks off inside the sharpener! How can I sharpen the darn things?

My drug addict ex wants to hire a Custody Evaluator. Just wondering why he would prefer to pay all that money instead of asking for the court to appoint a Guardian Ad Litem for nothing?

I have custody of my 2 daughters. My drug addict husband wants me to pay for half of a custody evaluator because I guess he wants custody of our children. I think the difference is that one is court appointed and one is hired by the parent. Wouldn't that make the parent-hired one a bit bias? Also, wouldn't I have to agree to whoever he hires to allow them in my home or ca he hire anyone he wants and I have no say?

My seperation agreement covers a home which has been sold since signing it and the equity from that sale turned into a new home which was not mentioned at all in the agreement. Can the agreement be set aside based soley on this inconsistancy?
