  • HOW TO EFFECTIVELY FILE A DIMINISHED VALUE CLAIM with the party at fault insurance Co.?

I live in NC. I was in an accident at not fault. I had just bought the car 2 weeks prior and it was $18,999. 2013 Chevy Equinox with 15,000 miles on it. Total repair cost to fix was $2,500.

What paper work do I need to submit to the at faults party insurance company? this happens 4 months ago, Do they calculate the loss value of the car at the time of accident or its current value on the market?

Would It help If I go to the dealer and get a Trade In offer if no accident and with accident?

What percentage of that loss value will they pay?

    Thanks.

  • What to do when Rental car company does not honor your reservation?

I have rented cars before, and it seems like they are always out of the Model I originally reserved. It's always an upgrade. Let's say I reserved a "standard" and then they end up giving me a Van or SUV. Which comsumes more gas than a compact car.

What options Do I have if they don't have my original reservation or model I wanted? Can I make them find me a the car I want through another company for the same price?

    Thanks.

  • how to legally get my husband to leave the house before filing divorce?

We rent a house in South Carolina. My husband refuses to work or help out in any way with bills, our children, etc. I want him to leave, but he refuses to. And now he is talking to my doughter and putting her against me, like telling here I don't love her anymore and do not spend time with her. That's because I work full time and he is just putting lies in her head. She is 5 years old. Any advice.

I just bought new tires for my 04 pontiac Gr Prix. But i can feel a lot of roughness when i drive it, you can feel the texture of the road even on a new paved and smooth road. Its harsh. The steering wheel dosent vibrate but you can feel is not a smooth ride. It was not like that before.

Just wondering is something wrong with the tires? maybe i got a bad tire, or underinflated. Right now is at 30psi, the recommended pressure.

  • Are you supposed to throw away the marinating afterwards?

I just marinated some chicken: some Garlick and Herbs, Salt and pepper with lemon juice. But don't know if you are supposed to wash it throughly after marinating it or grill it like that.

  • 04 Pontiac Grand Prix GT making noise on take off.?

Everytime I start my car and drive off, it makes a noise like it's coming from the front wheels. I took it to GM service dept and they told me "it's normal". that it performs a self-test.

It happens just when I drive off the first time. (not after being on and just change gears). I fould this on similar answers: "intermediate shaft in the steering column may or may not be recalled." but not sure if thats the problem.

Has anybody experienced the same problem on that model??

  • Are pillarbox (borders) normal on Digital Tv?

My cable Co. claims having (480p Digital TV), But HD(1080i) local channels (NBC) sometimes on their programming have borders which are the channels that we receive that are still in standard definition (480p) to recover the space not being used on Widescreens tvs.

Is that normal or that will change in 2009 to no borders at all?
