I have a friend who is a non-US Citizen (nor Green-card holder). He wants to buy a house in the US for investment. Can he do that? Or does he need to be a US-citizen/PR in order to buy properties in the US?

My bf is losing his hair. He wants to do the "hair transplant" thing. Does it really work? Will the transplanted hair fall off later on?

I finally went to court to contest my traffic citation. I made my arguments/reasoning and the Judge said that "the case is in submission, and he will write me back with results later."

What does the judge mean by this? What can I expect from this? Which side is he leaning towards - convict or dismiss the case?

After issuance of traffic citation, if Police Dept discovered they issued ticket by mistake.

Can they approach the Court and nullify the ticket? Or do they have to wait until court date and bring it up to the Judge?

A police officer cited the wrong traffic code on the citation. What is the legal term that I should bring it up to the Judge, when I bring up the argument in court (and hope the Judge would dismiss the ticket)?

I have a rear-wheel drive car. I slammed on the brake (to avoid accident) and my car suddenly fish-tailed and swinged left and right, in circles...and came to a deadstop.

How should I deal with it so I have a straight and easy stop?

My experience is that once women think of a man as her friend, it's quite difficult for her to switch him over to the lover category.
