Hi have a friend who I have known for about 6 years. I have never ment her but have talked to her regularly on the phone and IM'd back and forth. I met her through an online game.

Through the years I have become convinced that she is a multiple. Her personalities incude a "boyfriend" , who will never talk on the phone, self depracating little kid, a sweet, sensitive funny mature young woman and a clever and viscious ***** that is unstoppable in her cruelty.

This girl refuses to do therapy. Is convinced that it A. doesnt help and B. means she is crazy if she does therapy.

Recently she was under alot of strain and the cruel personality had a field day. I told the "boyfriend" in IM's that I had had it. But the sweet one is now texting me with loving messages and apologys.

My question is : Even though it is unconventional, under the circumstances (her refusing treatment) could I just address the issue honestly her about her multiplicity?

I went to the dentist today and had one of my front botom teeth filled. He said that the decay was in both the front and the back and that he would fill it from the back. As soon as the novacaine wore off the tooth started hurting. I have pain radiating down my jaw and into my neck and up my jaw to my ear. I went back to the dentist and he said I might have an infection and ordered some antibiotics. I asked him if I needed a root canal and he said no. Can anybody help me?
