  • Where can I find the lyrics to the chocolate song? (Played on MIX 98.5 BOSTON)?

It goes something like...like when your husband's libido is something something but you find dirty magazins underneath the bed...you need chocolate...you need chocolate...there's several different lines about chocolate...and all funny. There's even a fruit line and a beer line too.

  • Why do you get really warm when you drink?

Alcohol. I always find when I am drinking, I get so hot that I have to open my screen door. Even in the winter. I don't drink often, but it happens every time.

  • What is the best way to store fresh produce?

I just recently decided that I want to be healthier and eat more fruits/veggies instead of chips and candy etc.

I currently have apples, oranges, pears, broccoli, lettuce (iceberg), leeks, green beans, asparagus (I know how to store that), celery and carrots. I think that's it. Well, I have potatoes too...(both russet & sweet) but I know how to store those also.

Which keeps best in the fridge? On the counter? Should I keep some of my veggies in plastic bags or leave them open in the fridge. My crisper drawers really aren't big...and one holds cheese anyway.

  • Has the Boston Marathon ever been snowed out?

Or rescheduled due to heavy snow? I know that Patriot's Day always occurs in mid-April and living in the region for several years, I also know that it's not uncommon to get late snowfall. I never really paid that much attention to it though (the Marathon that is).

  • Anyone have a copycat recipe for Chili's Boneless Shanghai Wings?

I figure the wasabi ranch dressing wouldn't be hard to make - just add wasabi powder to prepared ranch dressing to taste. But these were sooooo good! I wanna know how to mix up the sauce on them. It would be a bonus if you've tried the copycat recipe and the restaurant version too. :)

Menu Description - BONELESS SHANGHAI WINGS

Crispy breaded chicken breast topped with sweet and spicy ginger-citrus sauce and sesame seeds. Served with spicy-cool wasabi-ranch dressing for dipping.

  • Which is better - making love more or less often when trying to conceive?

Would it be better (when in the ovulatory window - I know all about that) to make love more frequently or less frequently in order to conceive? Which increases the chance of conception? We're not trying now but will be in a few months or so.

  • Why does it always seem that after a mild winter comes a very bad one?

This winter we're having uncharacteristically warm weather with very small amounts of snow...so next year, we will be due for very heavy snowfall...why is that? Yep, this is probably a fluke...is it just that we THINK it's much worse by comparison?

  • Why does my cat's nose change color?

I've noticed that my cat's nose ranges from a cream colored to bright pink sometimes. Why? It's always been like that - I just never thought to ask the vet.

  • My ex filed for bankruptcy and his name is secondary on my loan...will they repo my car?

He filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy with his wife this past fall. While we were married, we bought the car I am driving now, I am the primary borrower, he is the secondary. The title says me OR him and he was not required to sign in order for me to register here (I moved out of state for a year after the divorce then came back). I tried calling my leinholder (Chase) but they won't refinance and my credit now sucks because I was out of work (right when I moved out of state) due to a broken leg.

I have been making my payments on time (for the last year almost) but am too scared to call Chase and ask them. I realize I should ultimately call a lawyer but figured I could gain some insight here. I have gotten a few notices from his laywer, listing myself along with the rest of his creditors. He owes me nothing - and in our divorce the papers say we were to take the cars we were presently driving, but neither was listed by make/model etc.

Can/will they repo my car? PS - I live in NH.

  • What's the best way to prevent soreness/chafing from being extra amorous lately?

My husband and I are going through a very lustful phase right now...it's almost like we're reliving the beginning of our relationship! Anyone that's married knows you have dry spells...and the extra exciting spells we're going through now (even if they are few and far between sometimes). We always end up overdoing it though and become sore (sometimes to the point of being out of action for days!)...what's the best way to prevent this, without sacrificing passion?

(Aside from extra lubricant, that's a given. Any other suggestions?)

  • What kinds of baby monitors are available for deaf parents?

I've looked a little bit online and found a monitoring system where you basically hook your whole house into this receiver (phone, doorbell, alarm clock, baby monitor etc) that comes with light functions and a vibrating disk to put under the mattress. The baby monitor is sold separately and can be hooked up either way also. Together, all of this costs about $225-250. Do they have cheaper systems? In the 2 years that my husband and I have been together, we've never really seen the need to get anything like this for the phone and such...and since we have an apartment, we don't have a doorbell anyway.

Reason being - my husband is hearing impaired and we're thinking of having a baby in the next year and a half or so...I just want to be prepared. :) I don't think the little Fisher Price monitors that vibrate would be strong enough to wake him if I was at work...

  • Hot or cold water for making kool-aid?

I always boil a cup of water with the sugar and powder mixed in. I'd rather nuke it for a minute and stir for 30 sec versus stirring for minutes. I get bored. Then I throw in cold water to fill the pitcher.

This question is of course, for people that drink kool-aid.

Has anyone noticed a difference if you make it differently than your usual? I haven't compared, although I'm sure there isn't anything unusual about it.

While we're on the subject, what's your favorite flavor?

  • At what age does it become inappropriate for children of the opposite sex to share a bedroom?

I ask for 2 reasons - one of my friends is pregnant with a boy and she already has a 5 year old girl...and my hubby and I are considering having a baby and I already have a 4 year old boy. How long could we each keep our kids in the same room? Or based on their ages, should the babies get their own rooms from the start? (That's if I had a girl - if I had a boy, there'd be no question for me.)

  • Is it wrong to have sex if your baby sleeps in your room?

My husband and I have been thinking of having a baby - right now we live in a 1 bedroom apartment - we wouldn't move until after the baby was at least a few months to a year old. He says he would have no problem having sex (in our bed) while the baby sleeps in his/her crib in our room. I'm not so sure I'd feel okay with that. I also want to wait to move because I have a 4 year old son that lives with his dad and if we were to have a little girl, I'd want to get them both separate rooms. If we had a boy, they could share a room. I see no point in moving into a 3 bedroom if we had 2 boys (why clean more house than I have to?)...

Do you think it's morally wrong?

PS - I know some people are gonna say wait until you buy a house, but our credit rating is kinda on the low end (that's to put it eloquently) and we don't have that much money saved up for a down payment...plus, he's 31 and getting older every day...and we're ready. :)

  • Psycho drama queen friends...are they worth it?

Short version - my "friend" shut the door to the freezer I was in at work and then held the door shut so I couldn't get it open right away and I got mad at her for that (I'm a little claustrophobic)...but assumed everything was cool after that. The next day, she ignored me and asked if someone else was working and I asked her if I wasn't good enough to talk to and she said, "not the way you acted yesterday."

Is she really worth it? I was very insulted by the way she treated me and don't really know how to handle it from here.

  • What should I do about a lazy co-worker? (previous question in a nutshell)?

Lemme make a long story short. I work with this woman who is lazy and doesn't do her job. I feel like I can run circles around her and manage to do everything she does and more in a shorter amount of time. She takes her time and watches me work and it drives me crazy.

    What should I do?

  • Mashed Taters: What's your preference?

Do you prefer lumpy or whipped smooth mashed taters?

I myself go for garlic, lumpy with lots of seasoning - including bacon bits! For holidays though, they're "heart-attack-in-a-bowl" - real butter, heavy cream, cream cheese and sour cream...mmmm fattening but so good for special occasions!

  • Can I get sick from having sex?

I know this might seem like a weird question, but I was wondering if I could get sick from sex if my husband is currently sick. No kissing involved, but we don't use condoms (I'm on the pill). Does semen carry cold/flu viruses?

  • Subtle Wines?

I'm not a big wine fan, but it would be nice to find one that I do like. I like mostly wine coolers and fruity mixed drinks and I like to cook with white zinfandel. I definitely do not like strong reds. Any suggestions?

I'd rather get some tips here than go out and buy a few different types and end up wasting them.

  • Wife Swap?

Would you ever participate in a show like Wife Swap? (Or Husband Swap if that ever comes about - it is only fair!)

Feel free to answer even if you're not married! :)

Just curious as I saw a commercial for it tonight...my hubby would be DEAD MEAT should he ever consider it! ;)
