I have a friend who purchased a property as a rental last year. He was very upfront with the real estate agent that he intended to purchase the property for rental to college students. She seemed to think it was a great idea and they went ahead with the sale. Since, there has been a complaint filed with the city from a neighbor who is angry it is a rental. The city is forcing him to kick out his tenants saying it is zoned single family not as a rental. My question is, my friend is thinking of suing the real estate company for the loss. He doesn't want anything more than his money back. Nothing extra. Does he have a leg to stand on or will it ultimately be his fault for not verifying all of the zoning etc... prior to purchase? Also, what is the best way to search for similar cases that may have been in court? Thanks!

We have enough American citizens who need aid, why are we giving benegits to illegal aliens rather than deporting them? I have no problem with immigrants who come over legally receiving benefits, but I have a huge problem with my tax dollars being wasted on rule breakers. Why does our government insist on going further in debt supporting them rather than deporting them?

Know anything about these? What about a fetus missing the long arm of chromosome 20? What's that mean, and how would it affect the baby?

Have you ever had to seek genetic counseling? Have you are anyone you know experienced problems getting pregnant due to chromosomal problems? Any info is helpful. Serious answers only please. Thanks!

There aren't really any support groups in my area for pregnancy loss. I've found a couple of really good online groups, but am wondering what some really good others are as well. When I lost my babies I was given a list of online support resources at the hospital, but only one or two on the list were still active. I'd like to update the list and send it to the hospital. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I got a chihuahua back in November (he was 2 months old). His ears didn't stick up much back then either, but over time they did. Lately they have been completely down. Why don't they stick up like they are supposed to? Could he be sick, or growing or something?

I'm making a bridal shower gift for a friend and want to make the appearance of bubbles on top of the present for effect. Any ideas on how to do that? I don't think balloons will work because they will deflate before I give it to her.

My husband and I just recently lost twins at 20 weeks. I'm having a really hard time coping. Every time I think about not being pregnant anymore, or having my babies here in September when they were due it just tears me up inside. I can't seem to keep it together. Any advice on how to cope and move forward?

I had to have a procedure done last week. If I hadn't had it I would have ended up having a larger more complicated surgery that would have possibly left me with the inability to bear children. My insurance company denied payment on the procedure because they said it wasn't necessary because I wasn't going to die if I didn't have it. I have three doctors who think otherwise. While I wouldn't have died, there would have been serious problems if I hadn't had it. What's the best way to convince the insurance company to pay for the surgery? They said I have 60 days to appeal.

It's not that I think he's not excited and doesn't care. He just won't take the time to educate himself as to what is going on with me. He doesn't understand what I'm going trough at all, and thus isn't nearly as sympathetic or supportive as I need him to be right now. I just want him to understand what is going on with me, and show me the outward affection and support necessary to help me along. How do I get him to really take an interest? I bought him a book, but he hasn't really touched it. How do I get him to show me his excitement and interest?
