My hair is full of static, if I touch my hair then the light switch, I get shocked! I have used a different type of fabric softener in my clothes, thinking I was getting the static taking my shirt off and on.

My nephew told me last night "Obama kills little babies so I have to be good". My friend from high school who is very much Rep. has a son who said this to his mom when he woke up on Wednesday morning after the election, "I do not want to die in January!"

What is going on here! Why are these parents talking like this around there children. Why are they getting them so scared! My five year old nephew asked a policeman who was at his school on Thursday about this and the policeman said no, that Obama will not kill little children and babies. The reason why my sister-in-law said that is because she is against any kind of abortion. Instead keeping him out of the conversation or explaining it better to him, she has let this little boy be scared out of his mind. He told me that he has to be on his best behavior. I talked to him and I believe by the end, I convinced him that Obama does not kill little children.

All the elections, I have seen through the years, this is the very first time I have seen such irate comments!

I am not asking this question to bring up any racism. I just want to know if anyone else has heard or seen this happen.

My friend of 30 years, came out to me on the phone this evening. She has a girlfriend. They have been together for quite sometime now and she just told me. I told her that she will still be my friend and that I would support her totally in whatever decision she makes.

On the other hand, I am torn. I have nothing against gay people, but that is just not how I flex. I believe gay people are very cool and have several gay friends, but they were gay when I met them.

As I can tell, this is the first girlfriend that she has ever had. Should I just support her and let her do what she feels is the right thing for her and keep my comments and opinions to myself?

I have a neighbor who has given us nothing but drama and stress ever since we moved here. Lets start from the beginning:

She has two sons and one eleven month old daughter. She lives downstairs. We live in an old house that was built like in 1920. The house was turned into two apartments.

You would expect some noise, all tenants experience some form of noise from joining apartments, but this is out of control. She slams the doors, her children play with an metal Tonka truck and run it across the bare floors. When she talks to her children she screams. I do think she does not know how to talk without yelling. She is bang on the walls just because she knows it upsets us.

At first, I talked to her about it without getting the landlord involved. I was away for work and my neighbor called me right before a meeting and said that Dava was chatting me all over the neighborhood because I asked her to quiet down. The noise got worse. I emailed my landlord, he came talked to her and the noise got worse. I emailed him again, he talked to her on the phone, she cussed him out and the noise got worse. I called the landlord again and he sent her a warning letter saying that if their was one more complaint against her that she would be evicted. In our lease it states, no noise.

It has not stopped. She is on HUD and during the summer had two families and her brother living in a two bedroom apt. Her house stinks and smells like feces. My other neighbor has smelled it and some of my friends. I have to spray air freshner when I first come in my apt, after I get upstairs I do not smell it. She yells at her kids and says things like I wish I could kill you and get away with it. Her oldest kid got hit by a car and she told him to get up and walk it off and did not get medical care for him. The same son, two weeks ago, came out of the house butt-naked and ran down the street while playing with his penis. We had to call the police. I have turned her in to social service twice. HUD told me it was her word against mine. Social Services have never followed up. I am writing everything down including dates and times. I have even asked my landlord to put carpet in the apt. to adsorb some of the noise. He has not done that.

I forgot to mention that her two oldest boys have mild Autism. Trust me I have taken that into consideration, but slamming the doors, the late night parities, and the abuse needs to stop. Please tell me what else I can do to get those kids in a safe place and for her to leave out of here. I think I have been more than patient for the past seven months.

My stepson's mother is abusive toward him. My stepson is 10 years old and is very loving and sweet. He is such a blessing in our eyes. My husband and I live in America. My husband is a native of Jamaica. I am buying a plane ticket for us tomorrow to leave on Thursday to go down and straightened things out. If there is anyone living in Jamaica reading this question, can you please tell me the proper steps to deal with her. We have filed for him, but it is taking sometime to get the visa interview date. She needs to be in jail.

I was told it is my transmission, but because I am a woman, I believe that I am being taken for a ride. So I will give the problems my car is having and maybe you can give me an idea. I know the best way to tell is to look at the car and listen to it, but I will try to give as much detail as possible:

*The engine is speeding up. When I am driving down the road, I do not have to step on the gas and I will end up going faster.

*When I put it in park before shutting it off, the engine speeds up even faster.

I can't see where the transmission would have anything to do with the problems. The station I took it to said that the gears in the transmission would make it speed up. I need help before I pay thousands of dollars on something I do not need too. Thanks in advance for your help. I wish I had my father still. He took care of all of this for me.

I am expecting. I just found out today. I am 35 and this will be my first child. You have to understand a little history. When I was 20, I was told that I should just accept the fact that I will never have kids. So you can imagine the shock I am in!

I am married and have been for three years. We have been separated for the past year and a half. My chiropractor did acupressure on me today and said said that my gall bladder was not good, when he was dealing with my pressure points in my legs. He said it was all connected.

I asked me if I liked beets, which I can not stand! He then recommend lemon juice, olive oil, and cyenne pepper! Gross! Is there anything else that I can take to restore my gall bladder. I have been reading to cut out fatty foods and pork.

Where do I start. Let's see, I did an estimate of our taxes on HR Block.com and the result was that we owed $285.00. My husband was very upset. We did it Married but separtely and we came out with the same result, we both owed and it equaled to the same amount. Now, he wants to file single. I can not file single because that will be tax fraud and I am not willing to go to jail over a few dollars. So my question is that if he files single himself, will I get in trouble and can I still file Married but separtely? I am confused and frustrated.
