My mom has stress and anxiety and would like to get her dog registered as an Emotional Support Animal. I know she will need to get a written "prescription" from her therapist and pay a registration fee, but what are the other requirements or materials needed to register her dog?

I mow lawn for my Grandpa during the Summer. He has a four-stroke Briggs and Stratton??? push mower. It used to run quite well, but it is not running correctly this season. The mower is about 10 years old or more, and he says that he has never changed the spark plug. I put a nearly new spark plug in it that was the same size off of a broken mower I had. The mower starts better now, but still runs oddly. I found tonight that if I hold my finger lightly over the primer button's vent hole, it runs great, but if I remove my finger, it gets back to running rough again. If you want, I could upload a sound clip of the engine if that helps. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

I recently purchased a new emachines bundle and every time I open Outlook Express and connect to the internet, then try to open Internet Explorer, IE locks up and will not let the task manager, FireFox or IE open. Finally, after about 5 minutes, these programs open all at once and everything works fine. However, if I open IE and connect to the internet first, then open Outlook Express, I have no problems at all. If anyone has any ideas, PLEASE feel free to post them.

I have tried checking the box that says "save password" and it WILL NOT save it. Does anyone know how to fix this.
