  • Suggestions while visiting Seattle?

What are some hotel suggestions while staying in Seattle? I've seen people ask this question before and wanting some advice on picking a hotel. What most of the people asking the question said they were looking for something cheap. I honestly am not too worried about price since I'm going on vacation and would like to have a nice experience. I've been told at night, downtown Seattle can get a bit sketchy? Just want to make sure that the hotel I'm staying at is safe if we're walking around.

I was thinking about renting a car while visiting. Do you think it's necessary? I will be staying four days.

What are some restaurant recommendations? What time do restaurants usually close during the weekends? What are your favorite bars? What time do the bars close?

I know I have lots of questions and I do appreciate any input you have. Thank you in advance for your help.

Please only answer with your own experience. I can easily look up on google too.

  • Best place to buy a tv?

Where is the best place to go to buy a flat screen tv? I've had a few people tell me to go to wal-mart because the electronics are cheap but I've had minor problems with a couple electronics I've purchased from there. I have people telling me Sears and others telling me Target. I just want to know out of your own experience where I should try to look and also what brand I should be looking out for?

If this helps, I am looking for something between 32" and 40" LCD

Thanks in advance for your input

  • Is it normal for bleeding after wisdom tooth being pulled?

So I got one wisdom tooth pulled on Saturday (1/10) and it hasn't bled at all until today (1/15) but it's been constantly bleeding since a couple hours ago. I rinsed my mouth out with warm salt water and it stopped for twenty minutes but it's starting back up again. When I called my dentist he said it was normal to bleed because the debris in there and infection and for me to call him if it is consistently bleeding. I know the whole healing process is around three months and things will happen but would this be considered constantly bleeding? I have gauze in my mouth and I'm trying not to move it as much as possible.

I'm a bit worried, any help and info is appreciated.

    Thank you in advance

  • Name of a trance vinyl record?

This is a long shot but I'm sure there has to be a dj out there that might know what I'm talking about...

Ok so there's a record/track I heard and I can't think of the name. The cover of the vinyl is blue that I believe has an angel. It has vocals on the track but I only know bits and pieces of it...(or I could be saying them wrong too)

"the moment I felt your touch....**something** felt eachother... **something** suffocate your **something** Now you're here"

I know this doesn't make sense but usually by hearing a few lyrics and/or describing the cover, thought it might spark something.

    Thank you in advance..

Please post only if you might have an answer

  • When is walking and jogging too much?

If I were to walk/job on the treadmill for 40 minutes in the morning and 40 minutes in the afternoon, would that be overworking my body too much? I walk/jog/run on the treadmill five days a week and I know I should do more than that like lifting weights, etc. but I am just focusing on one thing right now.

Also, I can't run for a long time so when I'm watching TV while walking, I start to run when commercials come on. Is it bad for me to just run for three minutes then stop and start back up when the next commercial break is on?

Any help and suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.

  • Did you listen in the Adam Corolla Show w/ Shirley Phelps Roper?

If you haven't, you can go to this link:

    http://adam.freefm.com/

I cannot believe how she wants to protest 9 year old girls funerals and saying God hates Amish. How can anyone be so heartless?

How do you feel about what Shirley Phelps Roper and her groups protesting people who fought for us and died for our country.

It makes me sad and angry! God teaches us not to hate one another but how do you forgive people like her?

What are your thoughts? I gotta tell you the brownie comment Adam made was pretty hilarious.

  • What is the proper name for this style dress?

I am trying to find a certain type of dress for a halloween costume but I can't think of a correct term to put it as. If you use Yahoo Avatars, in the extras section under Halloween they have the picture titled 'Ghostly Headless Body' and that is the dress that I am looking for.

It is also the style that would take place in the late 1700s-1800s. Something you would see in Interview with the Vampire, Pirates of the Caribbean or Underworld. They have a very tight top like a corset and the bottom is very big, round and poofy.

Also not sure if I put this question in the right category. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance for your answers.

  • Split ends?

Okay so I was told if you twist some of your hair very tight, all the little lose hairs that are sticking out are split ends. Is this true? I wouldn't think that is true especially if you have your hair layered, it's bound to have a few strands of hair stick out. Does anyone know if that is a myth or a fact?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

  • Is your picture on Google Images?

When you search your name in quotes on Google Images, does your picture pop up? (example - "John Smith")

I googled mine and my picture popped up on page 2. There were only 2 pages of pictures though.

  • What is your longest relationship?

Yes, this question once again! It seems to me that many people seem to rush into things really quick and not trying to stick it out once a couple comes to a problem. Plus, marriage isn't taken seriously anymore since it's so much easier to get a divorce.

So! What is your longest relationship that you have had? :-)

  • Snacks for a road trip?

I saw this question on Yahoo Answers before but I am looking for more opinions. I am driving from Phoenix to Las Vegas which isn't that long of a trip with my sister and her three year old and wondering what you think are good snacks. I don't want anything that can be messy. I also don't want to stop and get fast food. So far this is what I have as ideas:

Food: Goldfish, Fruit Snacks, Beef Jerky, Pretzels, Bananas

Drinks: Water, Gatorade, Arizona Ice Tea

Any thoughts? Thank you in advance

  • Musical term meaning played well or similar?

Does anyone know of a musical term (along the lines of crescendo or coda, etc.) that means a band or musical group is playing a piece well? I'm not looking for terms such as "tight" or other similar common slang, I'm looking for an actual musical term.

If you don't have an answer, please don't respond. Thank you in advance.
