i wake up to an mp3 alarm. right as im waking, often times, the song sounds either A. much faster paced. or B. like its produced differently, like im hearing a different recording of the same song or hearing one instrument of the song so very clearly

70s? 80s? 90s? do you have a source? or has it always been reported?

i like the distorted drums and darkness but ive checked out some random industrial music and its really terrible. what is good stuff for me to start off with? maybe a list of 5 songs by dif. artists?

hey i just got my first mortgage lending job, and i just spent a week dialing away at the stacks of leads provided in the office.. the only problem is, the leads are internet inquiries anywhere between three months to a year old.. most people just refinanced, or did a while ago, and many people i speak with are pissed because were the 25th company to call them.. so out of about 1000(i counted) calls, ive gotten 6 applications, all of which are people who have already tried to refinance with bad credit, basically desperate. none of those apps are going anywhere.

is this a normal thing to deal with in the business? have you had success with old leads like this? should i tell my boss that he needs to get some fresh ones, or what? i feel like im spinning my wheels, and BTW i should mention, i didnt even see anyone produce any applications from those leads in the office i work in..

your advice would be appreciated.

ive worked retail sales for a few years and I decided I want to make at least 50,000 dollars a year so I landed an interview with a mortgage and realestate loan company. the only angle i can think of is to convince them that im the young, hungry, ambitous type, then maybe they will take a chance on me.. Their company offers free training so if i make it that far, im good, but i need some good advice for the interview.. im only 20 years old..

i want to watch TV at work while football is on, but i dont have a small tv, but i have a 17 inch laptop screen.. its an apple powerbook with plenty of RAM and all that.. is there software, or an antenna i could plug into the laptop and watch tv on it??
