I have a Peavey amp, I know there are different kinds but I don't know which one I have, but yeah how do I mess with reverb, chorus, and all this stuff I really don't know about to get good guitar effects, or do you know of a good site to do the work for me?

I'm trying to install the "WOSP:Tournament of Champions" game on my computer. It's an XP, I have enough space on the computer, and it seemed that it would install successfully. Then, it says it installs successfully, but once I start it, something pops up on the computer that says, "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I re-installed but the same message comes up over and over again every time I try to start the game. How can I get the game to start correctly?

Here's a possible situation in a football game:

4th and 10, ball on punting team's 30 yard line. The team punts the ball 50 yards and the opposing team returns the ball and fumbles at the punting team's 35 yards line. The punting team recovers and is tackled at the 38 yard line. Is the ruling "turnover on downs by the punting team?"

I highly doubt that'll happen, but in Halo 1 he took off his helmet at the end of the game, but we couldn't see it there. And in Halo 2 we didn't get to see him at all take his helmet off (From what I remember. It's been a while since I've played Halo 2). But I'm just curious.
