1991 cadillac deville wont start . won't turn over, battery won't stay charged. can't jump it.?
i swapped out the oem radio with a cd player and the cd player won't work. so theres wires coming out of the radio slot but they are capped and not touching. the battery ran down once since i did that and i charged it. and it started fine. now it won't even turn over. fan stops and starts and it's making sound kind of a buzzing niose when you try to start it. the battery won't stay charged and ive had a battery charger on there for a long time. can't jump it either.
