I am not satisfied with how business is being handeled. I feel the real estate agent is not aggressive enough and when I call the agent during normal business hours, it takes her 1 full day to return a call after I have to leave 2 messages.For example, I went out one morning with the agent, looked at some homes,after the agent and I returned to the office, I told the agent I would be calling her within a few hours with a decision on a home and would make an offer,2 hours later (3pm),during buisiness hours I left a message for her and the call was never returned that day, the next morning came (11am) I left another message in regards to making an offer,the agent responded (6pm) and stated nothing could be done at that time and made arrangements to place the offer for the next day.to make along story short,this is the 3rd house I am going to lose out on because of excuses.The real question is can I terminate the buyer purchaser agreement and move on to another real estate agency without penalty?

There was a random drug test at my work place 2 days ago.It was a urine test. When arriving to work all employees were sent before there start time to give there urine sample.About 3 hours before I had to report to work, I went out to lunch. With lunch I had 1 beer (coors light).Will this affect the test? please let me know your opinion and if anyone gone through this before. Does anyone know how I should respond if questioned about it?

I want to increase the load capacity in the rear of a 99 jeep cherokee. the factory springs seem squat with a light load in the rear.would it be better to replace the leaf springs one that can handle more of a load or add a leaf to the existing springs.any info on where to but fair priced spring for the jeep would be appreciated.

I just purchased a XM radio a few hours ago. it is an audiovox express ez. I get lots of static with my reception. I am using the fm modulator that came with it to pick up the signal. I have tried to use differebt stations oncase it was interference.b it seems when I put my hand next to the reciever, the static clears up. does anyone have any sugestions to fix this problem? thank you

I am thinking of putting new shocks on my jeep, even thinking of lifting it 3 inches.does any one have any advise on what I should purchase for my jeep? Is lifting it a good idea or should I just replace the shocks? thanks

I disconnected the battery a few weeks ago and the light went off. Today the check engine light has come back on.The jeep is getting terrible gas mileage . the jeep has beenfully tuned up about 1 month ago.has anyone had this problem before? what was need to be replaced or what should I plan on replacing to fix the problem? thanks

does anyone know what would cause the rear brakes to stay locked up on a 99 ford taurus? they locked up while driving and will not disengage.
