Do you recommend it? I have a property that I am underwater with by at least $50,000 due to the poor housing market. We owe $100,000 and the house won't sell for more then 50,000 I am currently trying to rent the property but unable to rent it at a high enough price to break even with the mortgage and also with property management fees I am losing money on this property every year So I am strongly considering a short sale. It is worth it? Do you have to be behind on your mortgage payments? Anyone with experience on this would be of great help thanks :)

My wife and I plan to rent our single family home in the near future near Atlanta, GA and we are planning to hire a rental property management company so we are interested on what people's experiences have been good and bad.

Based on the blog comments there are alot of people disappointed with the fact that their privilege to vote for their answers has been taken away. So my idea which I posted on the blog was that instead of Y!A taking away that privilege to vote for our own answers. They should just set a minimum requirement of votes cast before a best answer can be chose. (For example a minimum of three votes would be needed before the best answer could be chosen by the voters) What do you guys think?

When I say seriously I am not referring to people who ask serious questions or give serious answers. I am talking about people who may feel low self esteem if their answer has never or rarely been chosen for the best answer or the exact opposite where a person's ego may become inflated if they are picked often. Do you think there are people on here who are unable to separate their life from Y! Answers once they are logged off? I think based on the content of some of the questions and answers on here, there may be some people who do, maybe on a small percentage though. What do you think?

for acheiving certain levels and they could be rewarded accordingly. For example if one user's answers was chosen as a best answer a certain number of times that Y! answers found suitable they could progress to a certain level faster when compared to somebody who got a lot of points by answering alot question, comment, rating answers, votes etc. Ideas I had were if your answers were picked as a "best answer" certain amount of times you would be rewarded by earning more points answering questions, ratings, etc. (e.g. getting 3 points for answers instead of two) Another suggestion would be similiar to what ebay does when somebody has a certain number of feed back. They get a power seller icon next to their name. How about people getting a power answer or something to that effect next to their name based on how many times they have been picked as best answer. I just think that this will encourage people to give better answers if that were the case. What do you think?

I have a friend of mine who is dealing with this he caught feelings for this girl but she wanted to remain as a friend with benefit. It turned out bad now they are not talking. Anyone had experience with this and what are you feelings about the issue?

I have an outdated Dell computer I wish to sell it has 20 GB windows 98 and a processor that is 833 mhz. I am afraid no one will be interested in buying it since it is so outdated. If I can't sell it I would at least donate it to someone who really needs it. Any suggestion
