Look I have the Madden 09 disk with me, but is fully scratched.. Last year I was able to install it to the Hard Drive (with a lot of effort because I had to clean it a lot), but my xbox broke and had to replace it...

I was able to play with the scratched disk but only if the game was installed. Is there a way to install the game via PC to the hard drive or something?

yeah, i know that you have to kill someone to have an horcrux, but if you re-read the first book, you will notice that harry sees on the dumbledore's frog card that he was known for defeating a dark wizard (i dont remember his name right now), and as voldemort had nagini, dumbledore had fawkes.

think of the advantages: he would never die, he is intelligent, phoenixes can fly.

and on the sixth book, when they are biuring him, harry sees that a fire expands and thinks for a split second that he saw a phoenix flying away, reread and find!
