I just got a facial with enzymes, extractions, and an AHA peel this morning. After the treatment, she put several different items on my face to calm the skin and replinish nutrients and moisture. The top one is an ointment type that is sitting still wet on top of my skin which she said would keep all the other stuff in. My question is how long do I need to leave that stuff on. I am supposed to babysit this evening and right now I look like a burn victim. I want to know if I can wash it off and apply make-up before I go or will that be hurtful to what I just had done?

It is not for myself but a friend I am concerned about is salaried and forced to work 12 hour days 5 days a week and then 10 hour days every other Saturday. Also was recently told by the boss that it was highly discouraged to go out for lunch and should therefore bring lunch to work and eat in the office. They failed to mention upon hiring that the job would be every other Saturday and also hid the long hours until after the paperwork was signed. This job was an in company (but different office) transfer and they refuse allowing a transfer back despite the unethical behavior upon hiring. Paperwork read to the effect of, employee works 40 hour work week, occasionally longer hours may be required. But this isn't occasional...it is daily. What rights does this person have as a salaried employee?

This is going to be a wedding that will have many Lord of the Rings elements throughout. That is key to creating these invitations. I have a basic design for the invites, but need to come up with my wording.

We are having a wedding in my backyard. We are looking for flowers that will still be in bloom at the end of September. We've thought of mums already. We would like to find a vine that would grown on a trellis nicely and still be blooming if possible. Any other suggestions are most welcome as well. Thanks!

I have a pain on the ulnar side of my left forearm extending down through the ulnar portion of my palm and cutting off somewhere in the pinkie. The pain isn't severe, but when it onsets, I have it for up to a week at a time. I have noticed having it for a least a few years now, but I cannot remember if it has only been in the left arm or both. I haven't noticed a pattern of onset. It hurts when it is left alone, when there is constant pressure on it, or when I run my fingers along it. However, if I grab it strongly (to where the pressure goes down to the bone), it doesn't hurt. Any idea what might be causing this and if it will likely get worse, etc?

I am fearful that I am going to have to restart my game or something and I am going to be pissy. So hopefully someone can help me out here. I just finished the 3rd and final insect hunt and was supposed to be going to get the Zora boy and save him. Well, we started out on our journey and I couldn't kill the orc in the joust with the arrows I had. I now have 1 arrow in my quiver and even upon death, if i keep playing it puts me back with the orc with 1 arrow. Since he requires more than 1 arrow to kill, am I stuck here? Is there some way to go back and get more arrows? I'm sincerely hoping that someone has a feasable solution because I really don't want to have to go back and play all the way through again. I know this has been posted in many many ways, but everyone has unique circumstances, so I will post it with mine. I'll be brief:

1)Told that work is without value and no one cares

2)Frequently belittled by boss

3)No challenge to me

4)No creativity involved at all

5)I cry almost daily because I have to go in there...even on the weekends I cry dreading Monday.

6)I have painful heartburn from stress

7)Get a migrane almost every day I am in there

8)At one point (before a 2 month disability leave), was throwing up every morning before going in there.

9)Boss has no backbone

10) The people are treated so badly, I am afraid one of them will walk in with a bomb some day.

I am nearly debt free...I have a couple thousand left on my car, but then I won't have any "debt". Just my regular bills (rent, insurance, food, etc). I want to quit. I HATE working for companies. I want to start my own business. Is this foolish? What should I do?

I am making a costume right now and am thinking of going with some painted jeans. I know how I am going to get the pattern and everything drawn on so I can color it, but I want the paint to be more faded and watercolor-ish. Not so much a layer that sits on top of the jeans but one that looks like it is part of the jeans. Someone suggested using crayons on wax paper instead of paint, but I am trying to get some different ideas before actually attempting this.

I am currently using XP but have decided to make the switch with my next computer purchase. Since the release date isn't out yet, I am having difficulty deciding. Anyone have some pros or cons to recommend me?

The complex offers broadband for a bit over $40 a month. I could get DSL service that is incredibly faster for about $35 a month. But the apartment complex has blocked the phone company from doing it. How is this legal? The complex has 1 line that they share for the entire place so we're talk kb/sec download speeds instead of Mb/sec.

I found out about an audition for this that is happening tonight and tomorrow. I just prepared for a different audition and used "I enjoy being a girl" from Flower drum song. This is not really at all the style for Godspell but I don't have anything folky in sheet music. Do you think singing the song I already have prepared would be ok? If not, does anyone know of a site where you can buy and print off sheet music (1 song at a time style) and some simple song I could prepare quickly?

I have this strange feeling in my toes often where I feel like I need to have something between my toes, or cross my toes. And often I feel like I need to grind my toes into the floor...basicaly I put my feet on the floor and bend my toes back at the knuckle and then push them down back to the straight position. But it crunches a bit in the process. Sometimes I don't have this at all, but when I do have these sensations, I am almost OCD about it. I have to take off my shoes and do stuff all day to try and get rid of the sensation. Someone once suggested that maybe I had a deficiency of some sort, but I haven't been able to find anything on it.

I am trying to report a scam to the authorities but they want full headers. I can't seem to find a way to do it via Yahoo. Anyone know?

I am going to a superhero party but the bouncers won't let me in without a superhero costume. I have a Lord of the Rings-ish elf costume, but don't know of any actual superheros that are like that. Any suggestions? If so, is there a picture online or can you give a description of what they look like?

I've tried many dermatologists only to have acne for 15 years...it was lessened when I was on accutane and for a couple years after. But now I have it in full force again. My feeling on dermatologists is that they don't want you to have clear skin...they just want you to keep coming back. I know they aren't all like that but they give me the same prescriptions over and over and they don't work. Accutane is horrendous for the body. And just living with the acne is so hard. So, what are your opinions on the difference between the esthetician and dermatologis? Have you found one to be better than the other for acne?

I have had acne since I was a teenager. I went on Accutane when I was 19 and my skin cleared up mostly for a few years until at 26 I started getting full out breakouts again with cysts. I have been to 3 different dermatologists now (since I was a teenager) and none of them has actually been able to get rid of or even "control" my acne. I am rather sick of this now that I am 28 and would like to find a doctor that could at least get it down to minimal breaking out. Does anyone have any suggestions for finding a doctor who is actually good at getting rid of acne, as opposed to putting you on the same medicines for years without them doing anything and then charging you for a visit every month?

Sometimes he does. Sometimes he doesn't. Sometimes he will pee in the box and then a minute later go poop on the carpet. Sometimes he'll do the opposite. There is no consistancy to any of this.

He has a clean bill of health, other than that he is special needs. He's had some brain damage and isn't quite right. 2 questions:

I have tried EVERYTHING in the book on this one...anyone know of any other suggestions that I might use to break this habit on a special needs kitty?

If I cannot break him of this, I need to find him a new home, because I am getting physically ill from this behavior. All the no kill shelters in my area (Indianapolis) are full. Does anyone know of another way to find someone to adopt a special needs kitty. I do NOT want to dump him...that is how he got the brain damage and came to me in the first place. And he is too sweet to be shoved on some farm.

I am trying out for Belle, though I would be happy with a bit part/ensemble. I know I need to have something comfortable for the movement portion of the audition. Any suggestions on clothing for the singing part though?
