My original question was about my refund processing. Where is my refund said that-As of 02/16 my refund was received, and I should received my refund in 21 days. However, those three bars was not at the top of the site (received,approved,sent) as of the 25th. This afternoon when I checked the where's my refund site had one bar. But still the same message.

1. Was that a glitch?

Or

2. Is IRS finally processing it?
