Hi There! I travel frequently between another county and the US. I currently have a phone for when I’m there, and another one for when I’m in the US. If I were to get a dual sim phone… I’m thinking of getting the new Google Pixel 4a…. I was thinking that I could use the e-sim for the carrier in the US, and the actual sim for the carrier in the other country. So my question, if I am outside of the US, is it possible to place the e-sim so it only receives calls and messages via wifi calling? That way, it doesn’t charge my US carrier for any international calls, and I am still able to receive US calls and text messages while away when I have wifi available?

Changes to ZIP codes happen monthly, and I need a list that will show me which zip codes have been added each month. Does anyone know of a URL that has the most up to date information of these zip code additions that I can view for free?

The US Postal Service site does not seem to have the list.... at least I have not found it.

My friend's brother bought a house for $4,000 on ebay, however he has not received anything and they seem to be stalling. The name of the realty company is "Best Buy Properties Inc." located in Ohio. When looking it up I found the following website:

The reason I ask is because my friend got an e-mail from someone saying that they could help pay off her debt, and that she should contact them by aiming them. She did, and this person just told her to fill out the form on that website and that then he or she would call her to get her settled. She didn't fill the form out, she wants to know more information about this company first. And if it is for real or just someone trying to get people's information. My friend wants to buy a house close to the Delaware river so she can cross to PA or NJ whenever she wants. She was looking close to the Philadelphia area, but we don't know which areas are good areas to look at. We don't even know which are the good areas in Philly if she were to get it around there. Also she wants to buy a good cheap house.... less than $55,000. Does anyone know what are good areas to look in and where we can find these cheap houses? It's ok if they need to be fixed a little, but not a complete rehab. Thanks for all of your help.
