When we went to install this one it said to sit it into one to two inches of concrete. We don't know how to do that without the stuff running out the pipe holes into the basement. So it is going back.

There is water stains in the wood. And as I said it looks like all the finish is gone from the top. I would like to be able to remove those stains and refinish it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a whirlpool cook stove that has a double burner..and the large burner part (the outside coils) don't heat anymore. And also there is a accusimmer switch for the other front burner that when I turned it on it shorted out and I can't get it to switch off now. So when that burner is on now it is just on simmer.

We have set mouse and rat traps. First baited with cheese. No luck. Then tried nuts. No luck and now we have peanut butter on them and still no luck. Don't want to set out poisin as we have dogs and cats and also don't want it dying in the walls or under the house.

Before going down my throat let me say I gave this dog the worm meds after seeing them on the outside of her behind. She is a stray that runs the neighborhood. My three dogs are in a half acre fenced yard with two large dog houses and have the best of care.

She gave me praziquantel 34 mg. I wormed the dog last night and still haven't seen her since then and it is the next afternoon. Did I kill the dog?

We have inspection coming up and I'm at a loss for something new to do.
