One of the people I work with today asked me if I believed in evolution. and I said yes. Then he went into how evolution was ridiculous. I'm an atheist and have been since I was 14. I know a little about evolution but not enough to argue for it. I don't tell people they are ridiculous for believing, so why must people of faith, any faith come down on me?

I work for a company in a small town and I don't relate to anyone. They are all either 5 or more years younger than me or have children and a family. not to mention they all have a small town mentality and i just moved from the city for my transfer.

we don't have sex, we don't have money. Somehow he thinks we're happy. I have no friends, I have no car. He's snoring right now, loudly. He complaines, he complaines because I'm not affectionate. I have no where to go. this is all my fault. I sit here now unsatisfied, unresloved. Becoming bitter, becoming someone I'm not. i'm miserable in a way I haven't been in years, but how do I tell someone who lives to make me happy, it's not enough?
