    I have a long time friend. We went out together and almost slept together. Now he is in the Navy and moved away. We still keep in contact. Should I tell him how i feel or let us just be friends. He had told me that when we turned 18 that we would get married. But he moved off before I turned 18. I need some help can someone tell me what to do.
