  • What would cause my electric heat to stop working?

I have baseboards throughout my home, except for my kitchen, which has a couple of vents. I run on electricity for power, not gas. All of a sudden, it no longer gives heat.

  • Who should I start at WR for week 4 of 2016?

I have Hopkins and Evans in the WR slots, with Diggs as a flex. Should I replace one of them with Marshall or keep it the way I have it?

  • Who should I start in week 3 of 2016, between Chris Ivory and Melvin Gordon?

Ivory is coming back from injury. Not sure how much rust he's going to need to rust off, as well as how much the O-line will work with him. Gordon is going against the Colts, one of the 10 worst defenses so far this season, including the run. Right now, I'm leaning towards Gordon, but I'm wondering if I'm making a mistake here.

  • What would cause my 2nd story toilet bowl to not fill all the way?

I have two bathrooms. The lower level bathroom works fine (fills up, flushes, etc). The 2nd story bathroom, however, is a different story. It seems like I can flush it, but it doesn't fill up hardly much. I checked my basement and no pipes seem to be frozen that I can tell. And there is no leak showing from the toilet. There's hardly any water in the bowl. There is water in the tank, however (the usual amount for the toilet). Is something just blocked? I'd hate to think my pipes are frozen and I don't really know it. I have the thermostat on to at least 50-55 degrees. Can someone help me make sense of this problem.

  • Is it possible to take all of your personal belongings with you when you go OTR (over the road)?

Obviously, the driver will need a double trailer endorsement. But I'm just curious. And if you don't have an apartment or house that you go home to (more "permanently"), are there cheaper places you can stay at besides motels/hotels? If a trucker is good at managing his money, he could save up quite well and buy a house somewhere eventually (in 5 to 10 years, maybe less).

  • Who would you suit up for Week 5 2015?

Forte and J Hill for RB are obvious, but what about the WRs:

    Mike Evans or Vincent Jackson?

I already have AJ Green and Keenan Allen as 1 and 2 (not sure if that's the exact order) but I'm wondering about my flex spot. I also have Tavon Austin.

  • Who to start for 2015 Week 5 as a flex option?

I have Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson. Who should I start between the two? I feel Evans is due for a big game, but Jackson could still end up big, too. Jackson has had the better season so far. I'm torn between the two.

  • I got a Honeywell Thermostat. However, it says that it doesn't work with a resistive load under .83 A or over 14.6 A or an inductive...?

load or a central heating system. I believe I have a baseboard heater or a baseboard radiator (at least one in each room throughout the house - except the basement). How do I know that I have what I need for this thermostat or for my heaters?

  • WR and RB lineup for Week 2?

Okay, currently I have for starters: Mike Evans and AJ Green for WR, Jeremy Hill and Matt Forte for RB, with Chris Ivory in the flex position. On the bench: Keenan Allen, Vincent Jackson, and Rashad Jennings. Should I be making any changes, or should this be good?

  • Should I take my chances with KC Def against Denver's hot offense?

I have KC defense, and they've been very hot this year, but I'm cautious about starting them even against Denver's offense. Obviously, Peyton Manning makes me nervous, with his crew (Welker, Thomas 1 & 2, Decker, etc). But I know that KC could still piss Manning off with a couple picks, at least. As a consolation, I do have Decker. I don't have the greatest backup defense (Bills). Not sure I have much of any good options on the wire. But Denver could still very well light up.

  • How good of a team is my fantasy team?

QBs are Ryan (Atl) and Schaub. RBs are: Rice (Balti), MJD, Eddie Lacy, and Joique Bell (in case Reggie Bush gets hurt). My WRs are: Johnson (Buff), Decker, Austin (Dal), Nicks (NYG), and Hayward-Bey. TEs are Rudolph (Minn) and Dickson. Defenses are GB and Minn. K is the Seattle kicker. I know some of these choices are subpar, but I was last to draft (10th out of 10 teams), so I didn't get a whole lot of choice. Also, I'm in a keeper league. I drafted Lacy because I thought he could have great rookie potential this year in GB. I also drafted MJD, despite his age and injury history, just for the simple fact that he has miles and good stat history for himself. The rest of the team (except for Rice) was what I was ending up with, after what the other teams were picking.

  • Is it okay to ask Human Resources about the pay difference?

I work help desk, and I am looking at a promotion (or at least, I see it as one). Is it okay to talk to HR, to find out what the pay difference is between the two? The promotion isn't the ultimate one, but it puts me closer to the one I'm pursuing. I've been told that it's not a good idea to talk to HR about a lot of things, including pay. Is this really true?

  • How to go to Senior (or not senior) System Administrator/Engineer from help desk?

Ok, I know this may have been asked thousands of times. But I am a help desk analyst with almost 4 years of (help desk) experience. I have very little experience with some things that a System Engineer handles. My supervisor says that I will need to become a PC analyst first, at least, before I can become an system administrator. I am fine with it - kind of. I've been thinking of getting my MCSE or MCSA certification, along with CCNA. I already have an Associate degree (CIS-Networking Specialist). Getting the certs, I'm hoping, will prove that I can take on a new position. I guess you may be able to tell that I'd rather jump straight to sys admin, than slow down at pc tech. And yes, help desk and pc techs are separate positions here, despite they do practically the same thing.

  • Is it possible for a 28 year old to play football (semi-pro or pro)?

I haven't played football since high school, and I got post season conference honors. I was recruited by a couple colleges, but never pursued (tuition being too expensive). I've been thinking of taking a chance to try playing again. Is it possible? I know I'd have to work really hard really quick, but just wondering if it's possible. I know my time is waning since clubs don't usually look for players older than mid-thirties - at least typically. I'd love to take a chance at being half back, despite playing defensive lineman in high school. I'm 6'1" and 280 lbs. I used to weigh 230 or so, but obviously gained some weight. I guess I should really say 29 year old, since my birthday is in July.

  • Why can't I receive certain Outlook emails?

I have Outlook 2010 and I'm supposed to receive a bunch of emails from a process that is run nightly (yes, this is for my job). Most of them come in fine, but there's a few that don't come in at all. I've never had this issue before - except once when none of them came through, but they fixed that by determining that something was blocking the emails somehow. But apparently that's not happening this time. Anyways, this time it's only affecting a few of them. I talked with the guy that handles our email servers, and he said he didn't find anything wrong with it. He even emailed me showing apparent proof that I did get the emails, when I indeed did not. I certainly don't want to be made out a liar, and I'm certainly not trying to accuse anyone either. I just want to be able to do my job, and I'm not able to if the emails don't come to me when they need to. I asked a couple of my coworkers, and they said they are getting the emails fine. Any IT email experts are more than welcome to assist me in this.

  • Will businesses stick with Windows Server 2008?

I'm an inspiring IT tech, and I'm just wondering what most businesses will do with their systems. Windows Server 2008 will be out of support eventually, and I'm just wondering if they will stick with it, or go to the new server OS. With Windows 8 not seemingly like a big favorite with a lot of people, I almost doubt that they will move to the Windows Server 2012. Just trying to get some actual IT professionals' opinions here.

I've been thinking of checking out the Linux Operating Systems, in case they don't stick with 2008 and don't go to 2012, either - just to get myself ahead.

  • Is beer dip ok to eat at work?

I wouldn't think it's a big deal, but isn't it ok to eat that? It's not like I'm drinking a can or bottle of 100% beer. At least the dip also has cheese, cream and whatever other ingredients is in it.

  • How do I rid of previous homeowner's junk mail?

I talked to the previous homeowner's real estate agent, and she said the homeowners thought that they took care of it. I told her that I am still getting their mail. Now she is asking if it's junk mail. I DON'T CARE IF IT'S JUNK MAIL! If it doesn't have my name on it, I don't want it! How do I stop this stupidity? Does she seem to have the crazy idea that I WANT junk mail? She must be out of her mind, if that's true. Please help!

Btw, I moved into this place this past August and I'm still getting mail now (in November). Maybe it's me, but it's been a couple weeks (at least - maybe more) since I first notified her of this problem. Am I being too impatient about this problem? Maybe I have to wait for it to take effect yet? I forwarded my mail practically immediately after I bought the place. Too bad the previous homeowners didn't do the same.
