I just can't remember where I am in the series!

What season am I on? Or is that a different show? lol

As the Supreme Court debates about the constitutionality of Obama's health care, I have to wonder what people have against it.

Everyone will need the doctor eventually. It's not like you're being forced to buy into a market you'll never need.

What gets me more, is this was a GOP idea that Obama picked up. Yet the GOP party is against it. Now, I understand there are some Dems who don't like it because the private insurance companies get the profits.

I just don't understand why people are against it. So, please, enlighten me.

My husband and I would love to start our own catering business. It's nothing we're going to rush into and I'm developing a business plan, writing out menus, tracking down the various licenses/permits I need, etc.

What I would like to know from the yahoo community, is directed to those in the catering business.

What were some of the hurdles you had to jump?

Is there something you would have done differently? The same? Any advice you would pass on to someone with the same passion?

I've been up for more than 75 hours. No matter how hard I try, I can't fall asleep. I haven't had an ounce of caffeine and have tried all sorts of sleep tricks.

That being said, I'm bored. I've been watching seasons of TV shows (NCIS), reading books, magazines, etc. However, I''m BORED.

So, what do you do when you can't sleep? How do you keep yourself entertained?

I was discussing names with my SO and it left me frustrated. I've always envisioned naming my son an 'Iah' name. Such as Jeremiah, Isiah, Zachariah, etc. Then I picture a girl with the name of Josephine.

My SO insists that our kids will be made fun of with these old school names. I think he is being too sensitive since his traditional name (Sylis) was ridiculed.

So, who's more likely to be right?

Any way to compromise? While he doesn't like old school names, he HATES today's fad of unique names.

I've answered my fair share of baby name questions here on Yahoo and I keep coming across names that are becoming more and more "unique." Some people take a common name and give it the most random spelling which just gets annoying.

I've also seen a lot of names that need a guide about how to pronounce it in parenthesis. Now, if you have to tell me how to say it, don't you think the kid is going to go through hell?

Why is this becoming the new trend?

I am looking for Implanon users to let me know how their period has been since on the birth control.

I have been on it for a month and a half and for two weeks straight I spotted everyday. Now, I'm over a week late for my period.

I know the body takes a while to get use to the new hormones and I also know that I am not pregnant.

I'm just looking for a general feel of how periods have been while using Implanon.

I need a good chicken recipe to make for dinner tonight. I can't have anything with tomatoes in it.

I really want to incorporate fruit. Like oranges or apples. Odd, but that is what I'm craving. Something that doesn't take forever nor has a million things to add.

For three weeks I've been getting dizzy spells. I'm not talking occasional. I'm talking a dozen times an hour or more. Two have been so severe that they left me on the ground (I collapsed and couldn't focus for several minutes).

I've been to the doctor. She has me on a heart monitor. I don't think this could be it. My BP is normally 110/70 and pulse is 70. I do have a healthy heart. With the exception of a minor irregularity.

Anywho, if it isn't my heart, what else could be causing it?

Ok, so I have to wear a Holter monitor for 24 hours. This little thing just monitors my heart to see how irregular my heartbeat is.

I didn't ask the doctor since I had other things on my mind, but do you think I should have intercourse with it on so the doc can see my heart when I'm having...aerobic activities?

A woman came up to me while I was eating at a restaurant the other day, sat down, and asked me what I believed. If I wasn't so curious about my answer, I would have been upset by her audacity.

I'm not an atheist. Nor am I agnostic. I believe there could be something. Though I'm not completely sold on the idea, so I'm not a firm believer.

Alright car people, my car is dead in a ditch (the solution of my roommate to get it out of our driveway...sweet, isn't it?). My dad, who is a mechanic, said it's my fuel pump. But he's too sickly to do anything.

So, I need to tow it ~15 miles to a mechanic and have them fix it. Lucky me, my fuel pump is in the tank. Yeah. (sarcasm).

Just wondering, how badly is my wallet going to cry for this? How long should it take, etc.

Talking with my serious boyfriend about babynames. I like the old fashion ones (Jeremiah Gabriel and Josephine Alexandria for example). He says they will be made fun of.

He doesn't want our kids made fun of because of their names and rejects all of my suggestions.

What can I do to convince him otherwise or at least compromise?

Ok. So my serious boyfriend and I have discussed children. We are waiting till after we are married (which will not happen until I'm out of college).

He disagree over names, but that can be fixed.

My real issue is that I don't want his family to babysit...ever. They all smoke (not just cigs either) and I can't stand it. I'm against all forms of smoking.

My bf is a pot smoker (drives me nuts) and thinks I'm being unreasonable about the situation and I can't get it through his head that it is bad, especially for children.

Help! How do I get it through his head I don't want them babysitting since they'll smoke. They aren't the type that won't if I ask since they still smoke around me and I've asked many times to not do so.

I bought some tickets last year for a cruise to the bahamas. Now, I can't go and was wondering where I could sell them? I've tried craigslist and don't want to put it on ebay since I want face value.

I was talking to my boyfriend about the pitbul ban in Oregon and we came up with the ideal pet control idea (I'll leave my ideas on the ban out of this post).

*All vets/SPCA organizations should offer very discounted spay/neuter programs. Law be passed that all dogs/cats be spayed/neutered. Grants available for those unable to pay for it.

*Must apply for a permit to breed/not spay/neuter animal. Very strict regulation.

*All new owners must take a test about a certain breed before being able to purchase animal. This will reduce number of animals dropped off at the pound.

Anything else anyone would like to add?

What are everyone's thoughts on having to take a test before you could purchase an animal? Whether it be dog, cat, fish, etc. Doesn't matter. You have to pass by at least 97%.

There was an article in my University newspaper yesterday about Oregon wanting to pass a law stating it is punishable by 5 years and $1000 to own a pitbull in the state (there will be a grandfather clause).

I am very upset by this and I don't even own a pitbull.

Dogs are not inherently bad. It is the sign of an irresponsible owner that changes the attitude of a dog.

What are everyone's thoughts on this one?

So I will be getting my license to teach here soon with a major degree in history. I would also like to get a minor and I am equidistant to getting an anth or soc minor.

Which one would look more impressive on a job application for high school?
