How do hundreds of illegal immigrants manage to get licenced to be security guards? Some of them are working at Whitehall, the nerve centre of Britains defence, how is something like this overlooked, when you can't pee in this country without the government or the police knowing about it!!

I use my personal car for the company I work for, it is written in my contract that they will pay for fuel and repairs to the vehicle.

The vehicle has recently had to go into the garage for some major repairs and when I told my employer the costs of the repairs he said that it was too much and that we should come to some agreement over splitting the cost.

I do not agree with him and told him so, now he refuses to discuss the matter at all and told me that I have a problem if I do not have the 5000 pounds to get my car back from the garage.

I have just bought a netgear wireless modem/router to replace the existing router we got when we had the system installed (made by Elcon). I used the setup wizard on the Netgear and it is unable to find any kind of connection. I have tried the basic setup using the user name and password issued by my ISP, and still nothing.

Could this be a problem with my MAC address? I have rung the ISP provider who gave me their DNS address, I used this in the setup and still nothing. I thought this Netgear stuff was supposed to be idiot proof?? Obviously not. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I live in Croatia and work in Bosnia, does anyone know of any British insurance companies that will give me comprehensive cover and a year round green card for use in Bosnia?? My car is British registered and I have held a full UK licence for 22 years.

I have to travel to Eastern Europe and still require a green card for a lot of the countries ie Bosnia and Serbia.
