I need to find the nutritional value which is reliable. But I can't seem to find any value about the meat being rinsed after it's cooked all the way. I boil the meat til it falls apart. I can not digest the fat, so I rinse the meat until the water runs clear. Can someone direct me to a good website? I can't find anything on the RINSED part. That has to have some value in getting rid of the fat, or most of it. I am doing this for a nursing school, nutrition project.

I would like to mix some spices together, or separate, without using sodium. CAN'T have anything spicy...maybe just a little black pepper. I changed all the ink cartiages, all were acknoledge by the computer as new, except the blue(Cyan). How do I fix this? I have unpluged it, re-insurted it several times, like the troubleshooting says, and nothing...plz help.
