what is causing muscle cramps?
My girlfriend and I have both been having problem with our calf muscles cramping up in the middle of the night. The last time it happened, it happened to both of us that night. It's where we stretch in our sleep and point our toes downward, and then our calf muscle just locks in the contracted position and hurts like hell until we massage it out.
2 AnswersPain & Pain Management10 years agoDid Jesus really rise from the dead?
Or is it possible that he was close to death and they believed him to be dead, placing him in a tomb, only to come to several days later? Similar incidents have happened, so why wouldn't it be possible (this would also preclude the idea that Jesus really did exist, and was crucified).

So many call themselves Atheists when they are really against religions, not just without.
11 AnswersReligion & Spirituality10 years agoShould this song be taught in choir in a public school?
My daughter has been coming home singing a couple of lines from a song they have been teaching her in school that go:
"This train is bound in glory, This train is bound for glory, only the holy are on this train"
I think I'm off a little on the exact wording, but close enough to it that it doesn't matter. This is sung in the style of gospel. Given the fact that public schools are bound to secular teachings by law, doesn't this cross over that line into religous?
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality10 years agoSerious Question for Atheists: How do you define marriage for yourself, if at all?
Marriage obviously has it's roots in religious ceremony, even though it has a varied existence today. As an Atheist, would you get, or are you married? If so, what does that mean for you?
