I would like to relocate to another state and buy a home before the credit expires while I still have enough in savings for down payment but my current rental and utilities are slowly depleting same while my husband has been unemployed for the first time in 35 years.

I've had perms before, when my hair was much shorter, colored and not that healthy. So I've waited for over 7 years and except for bangs my hair was all one length 3 inches below my shoulders and healthy. I insisted on a trim before the perm and to use the biggest rollers for soft and bouncy curls but the stylist said nooooo, we'll wait to trim after the perm and don't expect big bouncy curls as my hair is too fine. The only thing done right was the vertical roll. The outcome is the worst mess of hair I've ever had and now I have butchered layers. It's frizzy and kinky with no form of curl, even after a deep conditioning treatment. I can't even scrunch it properly and have to use a lot of product just to look somewhat normal for work. I can't call to complain and have it fixed like she told me because last Tuesday an old man went to pick up his wife and drove through the front of the salon so it's closed. If any one has ideas or remedies and pictures of shoulder length curly hair I would really appreciate same.

My husband thinks I should go with black. Almost everyone else will be wearing black. The wedding is the Friday night after Thanksgiving. The wedding party color theme is burgundy and fall colors. I know someone who is driving illegally since license was revoked in the state of New Jersey from MULTIPLE dwi's. Car has expired Pennsylvania tags and PA license is expired (dwi revocation or suspension usually carry over from state to state). This person is an alcoholic who does not want help.
