Am I going to be able to get out of this ticket if I bring evidence that proves it's the car dealerships fault and not mine?

My boyfriend and I have been seeing each other for over two and a half years, and we've been living together for a little over a year. Most days as soon as he wakes up, he starts telling me all of the things that I should be doing and all of the things that he thinks I'm doing wrong. He's constantly picking apart everything about my personality and is often very controlling. We usually only have sex once or twice a month, sometimes more, but that's not very often. Almost every single day, he asks me to perform oral sex, which I really don't do anymore because of the lack of intimacy. If I try to make a move, he always says he has things to do. Five minutes later he might ask me to give him oral. We never kiss, except for the occasional peck and he hates cuddling. At the same time, he gets very jealous if he thinks that some other guy might be interested in me and he gets very upset. He does a lot of little things that says he cares, but at the same time I really don't feel love.

I don't know any Jewish people so I have no one to ask. I am just curious as to the reason.

My friend stepped on a piece from a broken plate. It's not very big and he didn't think he needed stitches. It's been a couple of days and it was bleeding every time he put pressure on it. He put a butterfly bandage on it last night and it stopped bleeding, but it's a really dark color underneath the skin. Is this dry blood? Could this be the start of an infection?

Anyway, there were all these porn sites including a site with girls from our town. Another time I went on myspace and I was just curious about his page. He had a comment from this girl that said "Thank you, what were you drunk when you said that?" So, I looked up hers to see what he had said and he had written all of these perverted comments to her. Anyway, maybe a couple days later I was looking through a magazine that was on the coffee table. And the girl who he had commented, her resume fell out of the mag. Maybe it's silly for this to bother me, but it does. Does anyone have advice on how I should handle this? And no, I honestly don't make it a point to go snooping around.

I've been seeing this guy for about two months. We both said we didn't want to get emotionally involved. Last week he told me that he loved me and that it scared him. He thinks it's best that we say goodbye to eachother. He doesn't want to get any closer to me than he already has. I told him that I loved him too, and I was also scared. He says that I deserve someone better than him. And a few days ago he asked me when I would be able to say goodbye to him. This is all just very confusing for me and very painful. Something I didn't want in the first place. He's been saying some hurtful things to me. And I know he is saying them to push me away. I just don't get how he can say that he loves me, but want me to be out of his life for good.
