i know just doing cardio/working out helps in general, but is there a time during the day that it will help you lose weight more than others?

for example, if you go in the morning, will it do anything if you're just going to have 3 meals later on that day?

i was sick a couple weeks ago with ear aches. i took some ibuprofen (as the doctor prescribed) and felt fine. then friday, i started coughing more and ended up losing my voice.

so here it is monday, i've taken cough/cold syrup and been drinking plenty of water and i still have no voice..

Our cat will wake us up in the middle of the night, crying for food. Even though we will give her some food before we go to bed, she still wakes up at different times throughout the night (2am, 3am) and wont stop until she gets food.

We're not going to lock her in a room or anything, just want to know if there's anything we can do to sleep through the whole night!

I bought my man a deck from Best Buy around Christmas time..we got the extended warrenty on it, incase anything happened. And just today, the thing started smoking in his car, then shut off. If I can't find the recepit or warrenty slip, can he just go in there (Best Buy) and have them look it up?

I tend to talk in my sleep alot. Ive been doing it since I was about 7 (I'm 19 now). When I was younger, I used to say alot! My mom used to record it, and it was like paragraphs. Now, I just say weird sentences. I'm alseep when I do it, but as soon as my boyfriend hears me and asks "what the hell did you just say?", I come to, and realize I was just talking, and fall back asleep.

Is there anything I can do to stop talking in my sleep?

I had it when I was I was about 10 or 11. (I'm 19 now) It came out of NOWHERE. I had it for about 6 months, went to neuologists, they put me on Prednazone and then one day, it just went away. I lost all feeling in the right side of my face when I had it, and the only thing I have left from it is my right eye is a little weak. It closes more than my left eye when I talk. It's embarassing and I'm just scared the virus will come back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.. no websites, I've looked at all of them. I would like personal experience.
